Too bad there is a not a negative sign I can mark on here as they do not deserve not even a one start for todays service.....So today we went to Tacos El Tajin because in the past we have always gotten fast service...Today was horrible. We waited more then one hour and NOTHING. but during the time we were trying to place the order the woman at the register took 3 phone calls and took their order and finally got to us. She took other peoples order after us and those orders that were placed were ready for them to pick up and every single person after us got their order YET we still waited for ours and nothing....There was close to 7 others behind us and they were all taken care of before us... She finally looked our way asking what we had ordered and I told her 4 times and still nothing....So I said I would like my money back as my husband was losing his patience by then.... So she gave me our money and said our order is coming up I said I cant believe it has not even been started but yet you had time to take the 3 phone call orders and out the door and still managed to take the orders for those behind us and get their order yet here we are and hour later when our order was a simple one and NOTHING...As we were walking out she was calling out that it was almost done....But who would want to ear with one was already put in a bad ass mood....Tomorrow I am going back to ask for the tip my husband left in the jar....I wonder how they would feel next time they show up at the place where I work and I by pass them and take care of those behind them and make them wait> HUMMMM

Wow! Great food & experience! Too bad I didnt visit here before - its next door but I prejudged because restaurants were in and out every year at this location in my neighborhood. I guess I didnt want to attach to another fly-by-night business here. But this is not one of those. Exceptional service, clean & comfortable interior and great, authentic food. Totally worth a quick lunch break or visit with the family. Ill certainly be back!

This is best authentic Mexican food in the Puget Sound! I have eaten all over the country and Tacos El Tajin serves up the freshest Mexican food and the prices are perfect. They have a happy hour from 2pm to 5pm where the tacos are cheap! The burritos are huge and the chili sauces are not too hot and not too mild. Do your mouth a favor and go get a Al Pastor burrito today!!!

This place has a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back. The hot sauce is in house made, no Tabasco or Chalula on the tables. Id rate it 5 stars but in the time I sat here, my order was wrong and another customer was missing part of his to go order so definitely make sure the get your food right, otherwise youll be a happy camper.

The food was delicious and very generous portions. Well priced and quickly served. The only down side was how cold the dining area was. My friend and I chose to eat outside even tho it was only in the mid 60s because the inside was like an icebox.

Nice assortment of Authentic Mexican food. If youre used to Taco Bell or Tex-Mex the menu might throw you off, but try going out of your comfort zone and trying something new! I like their lengua (tongue) is great but its not for everyone.
