I just tried to order my lunch at approx 2 pm 28 July, 2010. Apparently the motto to "have it your way" is not taken seriously by the production leader at this location. A young man wearing a white long sleeve shirt and black slacks demonstrated a poor attitude when I asked to order my food "off the broiler". He looked at me with disdain when I asked for ketchup and napkins. Both combo meals were not cooked "off the broiler". When I brought this to the attention of the employee he gave me another unprofessional response and treated me disrespectfully. He started laughing at me in front of the other customers. I worked at Burger King as a cook for two years. I also eat at Burger King several times a week. I always order my food "off the broiler" and know what it is suppose to taste and look like. The manager in a red shirt gave me a refund and was respectful though I do not appreciate the attitude of the young man in the white shirt. I do not recommend this Burger King. The other Burger Kings in Tacoma and Puyallup are much more professional and cook better food.

I would never even give this Burger King a one stare if I did not have to The services was not good my food was cold and not what i ordered I ask her the manager to fix it she said no The pop machine did not work it was out of pop when you ask her the manager to fix it she said when I have time an one hour later she the manager was throwing things at the other employees she was yelling at them she the manager even throw her headphone down to she called the cops on a lot of people that did nothing wrong she had people walking out on them asking for therere money back but she would not give up hem there money back she the manager was calling orders out of order she the manager was even calling customer name to she the manager called me a sute butch Igor the was you look I was dressed in a skirt down Passed my butt my shirt was a tank top This was last night 8/29/17

Inconvenient Location = Excellent Service !!! I dont know how that math adds up but it did for my first trip here! Ive visited hundreds of different BK franchisee locations during their initial rollout of the digital menu board installations as being part of their tech fleets to install them, I had been treated very nicely with complementary food and I can tell you the difference between poor quality and timing of service compared to others. Fresh fries, great shake, and about to take a bite into a broiled burger! Ordered food @ about 1:40pm on Sept 9,2015

I have been here twice. Both times they have completely messed up my order. First was a simple mistake, they put cheese on a burger when I asked for no cheese. No big deal, people make mistakes. Then yesterday, they forgot to put fries in all three of my kids meals. How do you forget the fries in a kids meal? I dont think I will be going to this Burger King again.

Horrible.food and service.. Ordered the chicken nuggets they were cold not even cooked not just one 10pc but all 3. Of the 10pc we ordered so when I asked to talk to the manager I sat waiting 25 minutes and still didnt have one come talk to me so I told employee working tell her Ill just call a head manager and corporate since she wants to ignore customers..

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! 8-29-11 we went through the drive-through at 11pm. The french fries were fine, but the Whoppers we ordered were the most tasteless burgers weve ever encountered from a Burger King (no spice/sauce). Also we were accosted by an aggressive black man in the Burger King parking lot and had to threaten to call 911 before he would leave us alone.

I love Burger King. They have the best fries. The have to be fresh though. I wish they would pay a little more attention to the drink machine though. Sometimes its out of something and it could be cleaned more often. I went once when it was busy, it was around 8pm and they gave me someone elses burger. I never have to wait long for my food.

I loved the food, the service was great and the servings were perfect. The burgers werent overly big, nor were they too small and they didnt have the taste of McDonalds burgers, these ones had the freshly made, grilled taste that I love. It was like eating a hamburger at home on a nice summer day and they have a great selection of food too.

The person who was taking orders for the drive thru was really dumb and air headed. Seemed either high on so.ething or unable to understand simple English. Then they took the money for my order and proceeded to stand around d and gossip for several minutes while my order got cold.... Not good and unprofessional - BOO !

horrible food went thru drive thru and my 3 piece chicken strips was I think from lunch (I went for dinner) and the 3 pieces were actually 21/2 pcs. and hard as a rock my cat wouldnt even eat it 320 auburnway s never eat there

Its a Burger King pretty much like the other Burger Kings so if you want any Burger King Burger you should probably go here. As for the quality or the service that varies from time to time but they generally make a good effort.

Drive through can be hit and miss. The staff is usually friendly but once in a while you may get that one employee thats full of bad attitude. The food is typical of any fast food chain and inexpensive.

It was fair but the food doesnt taste as well as other Burger Kings Ive gone too. The interior of the store looks like something out of a hospital. The upside is at least the employees seem chipper.
