Not thrilled with the customer service (but they sure blatantly and obnoxiously flirted with the girl in front of me) or the cleanliness of this location. I also heard one of the employees say that shed smile when she walked out the door before she proceeded to take a personal call. On her cell phone. Right on the floor. If I were the manager there, I wouldve told her to walk out the door right now and not to return. The food was okay and is supposedly not GMO. However, going forward, Im going to suffer the inconvenience of the location and risk the possible GMO food at Moes. At least theyre friendlier.

This location has a great spot and Chipotle food is something I enjoy. This particular Chipotle has a huge issue with the staff and their food availability. The servers gave our whole group a hard time for everything ordered. My wife walked up and the server groaned that she had to get a bowl for the burrito. They were out of veggies, and raised their voice unnecessarily asking what salsa she wanted. My friend wanted chips and guacamole. Great, except they were out of chips. 6 of us were put off by their demeanor alone. Will definitely opt for other locations.

I go here at least once a week. They are extremely inconsistent w portion sizes. Every employee scoops different. Just paid $9.94 for a small scoop of rice. Barely any chicken. And a whole lot of uneeded guacamole. I wont be full after this meal. the friendshliess is 50/50, sometimes you have someone who makes you feel like you are annoying them by being there and sometimes you dont. I dont think Ill be going back here for a while, Ill drive the extra mile to orange! I just want what Im paying for and did NOT have that experience today

Usually a decent and friendly staff but not today. Got up to the counter and the young lady just stared at me awkwardly for which felt like an eternity. Finally she angrily slapped together a chicken bowl which I really wanted to leave there and walk out. Unfortunately I was starving. I dont expect much but I expect some decency from your business. Plus the quality continues to go down every time I decide to grab a quick lunch there. To many better options to ever go back.

Food is always good, but customer service lacks. I was actually asked to leave the outside seating today after having just thrown out my food. I sat for less than 5 min to digest my food and someone came out and said it was for chipotle customers only... There were 3 other tables and definitely not a line of people waiting to sit. I frequent this place but that was surely my last visit there. Rude

Ordered a chicken burrito, what I got was some charred, dry, disgusting, inedible meat which hardly resembled chicken. To add insult, i bit into a half inch piece of bone in the burrito. The rest of the ingredients were just your typical prepared canned foods. Now Im just trying to get rid of this disgusting after-taste. Ive gone to Pancheros many times and never been disappointed like this.

Went to this location just now well before the posted closing hours. There were people still in line ordering. I was told by a guy cleaning that they were closing and I had to leave. I told him I was ordering to go and there were still people inline. He told me rudely that I had to leave and they werent taking anymore customers. Ill never return to a chipotle.

Found a white strand of ribbon of some sort in my mouth from a burrito. Wouldnt be surprised if this place was dishing out E. Coli with its meats. The food preparation area was a mess, the back kitchen was exposed with peelings all over. This location needs to step up their game, serious volume here but no quality.

Steak fajita burrito was very good. It seems as if this store isnt set up completely with signage and other things. No description of the other types of metal and no mention anywhere of adding peppers and onions to make it a fajita menu item. Seating is a little odd as well.

One of my all time favorite quick dining eats. Had eaten Chipotle in Nebraska and Kansas, greatly missed it when I moved to Connecticut, but Im so happy its here now too! Food is always fresh, and the place was nice and clean. Customized food per person!

I loved coming here when they first opened. People were friendly and cared how your order came out. The people there now? Hell no. Ill never go back there again. Whatever manager is in charge needs to fire some people.

Dont eat here no matter what you do its disgusting Ive seen everything from actual flies in my food to burnt meat and even on one occasion under cooked chicken that I got sick off of this place is nasty steer clear

This Chipotle location is conveniently next to the Milford mall. The space is nice, clean, and standard for a Chipotle. Overall, if you like Chipotle, you cant go wrong stopping here. Food was amazing as usual.

Its build your own burrito place with fresh tasting ingredients. The good guacamole doesnt make you regret the up charge. The meats taste better than most of the competition.
