Christmas Night, Im hungry nothing is open.. call Sonic.. yes... lemme get two bacon cheddar pretzel dogs..walk a mile home.. no BACON REPEAT NO BACON... you guys ruined my Christmas dinner thanks a lot .. seriously . and i tipped the guy like 6 bucks.. That was last night. Today I will write a bit more. I have pneumonia.. no car no family been sick for 4 days.. but its Christmas and im going to get a bacon pretzel dog ..two in fact , one for later.. so I walk in 30 degree weather about a mile.. I get there push the red button wait a minutes... then order 20 minutes later.. i get an order .. after i got the recommended fudge brownie sundae ... which aint all that .btw.. so I get home and there is NO BACON and now im going over the deal in my head .. YOU KNEW I HAD THE WRONG ORDER!!!! thats why you kept my receipt!! you little turds.. the pen is a mighty thing.. Sonic you messed up the only thing That couldve made MY christmas decent..a nice pretzeldog with bacon cheddar..yall suck.. EDIT Not being one to point out a problem and just nag.. I have got to say SONIC offered to refund my money or replace my meal.. THAT WAS VERY COOL your stars just went up..its the little things...

The pricing didnt make sense, and when I asked about it, the pushy owner/manager put words in my mouth. She confirmed the price of the stand-alone items would be less and failed to see how ridiculous it was. She said I asked for something I didnt ask for at all. I called later to submit a formal complaint, and the guy on the phone 1) told me they had been talking about it since I left and 2) threw back all that I said and did, Im guessing an effort to help me see how wrong I was? Insane. I will say that they offered to fix the issue, which I didnt take because I dont care about one dollar, but the attitude and service were deplorable. Avoid if you can.

While I often have a bad, sketchy feeling about most Sonics in the peninsula, this one was better as the drive thru man with the cool voice was excited and helpful about both milkshake flavor choice suggestions and letting me know that their outer bathroom doors are unlocked during service (as I didnt know if Id need a key). Those were surprisingly not terrible either as usual outer entrance bathrooms go in drive thru places like this or gas stations.

They did make our order right the second time!We ordered two shakes and a bag of ice in the drive thru. They politely handed us our ice and asked us to pull up. We waited behind another car for 8 mins to receive the wrong shakes. She then went back in, brought out another cars drink and then ours a little later. Shakes were messy on the outside, and our ice melted.

I dont eat here, I think all Sonic food has a particular after taste. So why a "5*?" Service! Outstanding. Came by to get their ICE!! They sell it by the 5lb bag!! Great Stuff!! Picked up 4 bags for my daughters 16th BDay! Quickly bagged it, and brought it to my truck!!

I only rate this 4 stars due to the fact that I have an addiction to the Sonic Master Blasts; and crave them often enough to return. This definetly is not because of any great, efficient service received. Based on that solely would earn them a 2 star rating at best.

The 1/2 price milkshakes after 8:00pm would be a Good Deal if there was more milkshake than whipcream in my Strawberry & Banana Milkshake! The staff was not very curtious either. We had to wait 7 min to get 2 Cheeseburgers & Fries, Dr. Pepper & French Toast Sticks.

Seriously... Sat in line forever, ordered 2 slushes, got to the window, paid, promptly asked to pull to the side. Waited at least 5 minutes and my order was wrong. Wth!
