The Best Defense
This Sonic is the WORST Sonic I have ever eaten at. Its no surprise why despite its prime real estate location next to a Walmart, there are never any customers. I stopped going to this Sonic when I had received stale popcorn chicken for the fourth time in a row after waiting for time periods of up to 30 minutes (seriously! I counted). The mozzarella sticks follow the same pattern. Stale, always. There was another occasion in which workers had obviously stuffed old popcorn chicken in the bottom of the container and hidden it with a layer of fresh chicken on top in order to save money and intimidate customers from demanding fresh chicken (I reordered anyway, as I already had made a habit of doing). On a lighter note, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sonic, and all the food service establishments in Williamsburg, for making me a better cook. Because of how exceptionally poor the food service is, I have resorted to cooking my own meals, and packing my own lunches.

This place has honestly gone down hill. It used to be so good! Now it is honestly just a joke. Last time and this time we came our orders got messed up. We took the drive-thru this time and the lady had us repeat ourselves so many times, my dad was practically yelling so she can understand us. She got snappy over and over since she couldnt hear. (maybe its the intercoms fault but im pretty sure it wasnt our fault she couldnt understand us. )Then last time we came my milkshake tasted like it came from the sewer.. im trying again with a different flavor hoping it will be better (just took a sip it is).. I used to love this place, now im definitely not going to recommend anymore. Especially after the employees impatience and the messed up orders.

I will never come here again. Used to regular here before I moved to Ohio and now that Im back decided to come again.... just waited 20 minutes on my food which was wrong, no fork, my hot dog buns are so wet and disgusting, youd think that they had been sitting in water for 3 days and none of the toppings were actually IN the bun/on the hot dog. Wings were like eating corn nuts covered in sauce, got a route 44 and a large drink with my meal and small tots with both. Oh! And apparently light ice means fill the cup up with ice and out 3 sips of tea that tastes EXACTLY like water! So to recap, disgusting food, long wait in the drive thru, rude employees, and didnt even have the fork to eat the terrible wings.....

We waited in the drive through, at the speaker for over five minutes without an acknowledgement of our arrival. We ended up driving away. We decided to pull i to one of the stalls. We placed our order. The order came out short a mozarella stick. There was no sauce for thr three orders of wings and one order of tater tots only had five tots. On the up side they did cram several fries in rhe bottom of the short tot container.

I have never been to a bad sonic but I didnt even get a chance to try the food at this one. I show up to almost the whole staff outside chillin while I wait 20 minutes to even get an order. Better hope it was just the button being stupid cuz I will never show up again if it happens. I left and gave my money to Wendys instead.

Pulled in pushed button to order. No one took order. Pushed again...same. Moved to different unit to try and order pushed button...no one took order. After sitting 10 minutes..we left empty handed. Very frustrating experience. Hate begging people to take my money...ya know?

They food was ok once I finally recieved it..The employees here are just rude. The bathrooms are horrible as can be. I told an employee the womens bathroom was filthy she said so thats not my problem. Dont waste your rime going here.

my husband used to work there and the equipment used to make the food is disgusting in the rochambeau dr in williamsburg, va. Do not eat there the food is not safe and they need health inspectors to go through there.

Not open 24 hrs like the website says. Every time I try to go there at night, theyre closed and its incredibly frustrating. Food and service is generally good, but if theyre not open I cant really enjoy that.

waited 20 minutes for our food and the food was horible. unedible chili cheese hot dog, grilled chicken was like rubber, and the french fries have no taste. Coconut cream pie shake was good though.

They are slow. Took me 20min to get two orders. Other people where getting there before us. I got a number 3 and another chicken sandwich...it shouldnt take 20min to make 2 orders.

I enjoyed the food and so did my dad. I got the boneless wings with bbq sauce and he got the hamburgers. We shared all of the sides they were as aspected they were good.

All the information online says they are open 24 hours. I drove 25 minutes to get there, and they are closed. Would be nice if they would post their actual hours.

Avoid the main call menu in the center. Use any of the others. Tables are also worn down to the point of collapsing.
