I went in to this local Subway to get a breakfast sandwich because my fiancee always says they are really great (she goes to a different store, though). I went in and asked for a black forest ham breakfast sandwich 3$ deal. There was a sign that clearly said they offrered a sandwich and a drink or coffee. The woman helping me seemed kind of rude (when I asked her what my bread options were she just jabbed a finger at the sign on the glass)but I just shrugged it off. So she made the sandwich, and asked me if I wanted chips and a drink with that. Chips and a drink? At 8 am? So I said, no, I wanted a coffee, like the sign says. She got an attitude with me, and stated "We dont offer coffee at this location"! How rude! So I asked for the price of just the sandwich, and said ok, Ill just get that. So were waiting on the sandwich to come out of the oven, and I wanted her to know I wasnt upset with her, but that she should probably tell the manager/owner that the sign needed to go if they didnt offer that. I told her "I am not trying to bust your chops, I know it isnt your fault that the sign is wrong" and she responded that she didnt care if I was upset with her, and that she didnt care what I thought! At that point I realized that I did not want anything from any place that she worked at. I just wanted to let you know that A: Your store is commiting false advertising, B:Your employees are rude C:They dont care about customer service and will TELL your customers that they do not care about us. I wont be visiting that travesty of a store again!!

You should come there again. I have been working at that exact Subway location now since maybe the end of January or very beginning of February. And I think that I do an extremely good job as a "Sandwich Maker." *Im not an artist yet. : ], I havent quite perfected my craft. LOL" But yea, I always fill peoples sandwiches , unless they get a lot of "toppings" on there sandwich, because then it is hard to close and cut the sandwiches without the fillings coming out of the bread, And I need to work on that, but people should also take that into consideration when ordering. But also you can always ask for the artist to put more of that vegetable, meat, cheese, or condiment on the sandwich, its not that big of a burden. Try again. I bet if you get me, youll enjoy it. : ] I dont hate my job at all. And I am not rude. I ALWAYS smile, not because I have to or I should, I just do. Stuff is kind of funny to me. And another thing to consider is that we are given specific serving amounts to put on sandwiches, but its not a problem if you want more, just ask. Thanks though for the review.

Tried to order a sub. I asked for it toasted. The guy put it in the oven and the bun flipped closed. I tried to tell the guy several times, but he wasnt hearing/listening, so I raised my voice louder so that he could hear me. The manager(?) Mike came out and told me that I didnt need to raise my voice, and that speaking louder didnt mean the person would hear me any better, which made absolutely no sense. He then said because bread can be remade anytime. I said yes it can because I will be buying from another store not this one. Mike then stated good and dont ever come back. I have had several issues at this store in the past, due to miss made sandwiches. When I asked for his name Mike would not give me his last name and told me that I should never come back to his store. I told him that I would be calling corporate.

worst service ever! went in for a sandwich, hadnt been there in a while..the counter guy seemed friendly at first if not a little talkative..started talking about how he was a chef and then proceeded to lecture me on the best chefs and how real service should be..when I told him I didnt agree he proceeded to tell me that rats and roaches in a resturaunt isnt the owners fault but the employees..when I told him I was a owner of a computer shop..he proceeded to start ranting and raving about how I didnt know what I was talking about...truly insane behavior I have never experienced at a subway before.. this was in the subway on Warwick by the food lion..I will never give them my business again and beware they dont think the owners should be responsible for their employees actions so who knows what is done in that store?

I have been here a couple of times just because it is so close to work giving it chance after chance. Story is always the same - I leave having a bad experience. Staff is very rude and unprofessional, they make it known that they do not enjoy working at Subway. Your sandwhich will have the bare minimum toppings(the "sandwhich artists" are very stingy with them). You will leave still hungry and feeling ripped off. Very bad franchise. If you want a Subway sandwhich, do yourself a favor and drive a couple minutes further down the street to the CNU location.

Subs arent $5 here, so I was unable to redeem my points. I had enough points so not only was it a question of not enough points -- which would not be the case, but also staff inability. Plus, the sub didnt taste right.
