I went there to get a free Chicken Little sandwich they were promoting. They said they could not give it to me without purchasing a meal. I left and just out of curiosity, when I got home, I called another KFC location and they said this is not true and that they should have given it to you since it was a advertising promotion. So you can count on me never to go to this location guaranteed!!!. Also, see if you can find a 5 star review touting how good this KFC is.

Went here twice and both times had the same woman! Threw our macaroni in the bag and it was everywhere, spilling all over the car. Not to mention I have a pregnant wife and she was mean to her the whole time. Came back asking for fresh food and were told we already paid. She cut me off in the middle of the order an I wasnt done placing my order She was so very rude. A women like that should not be allowed in customer service. She is a disgrace to kfc

Although the actual service was quick, we were told that they were out of pop corn chicken at the pick-up window after ordering, the person forgot our drinks and them proceeded to ignore us for a minute or so while I tried to get their attention. After we were underway, we discovered they forgot any utensil and only gave us two napkins for all four of us. Food was fairly fresh and warm, but they just need better QC of the orders going out the window.

They were "out of chicken" at 7pm. There was no time given to when there would be more or even if there would be anymore prepared. Ive lived here for 13 years and since Ive visited this store very few times, hoping that with time it would improve. 13 years and no changes if negative stars were available, they would get -5 Stars. KFC PLEASE CLOSE THIS STORE!

Do not go here. The staff is consistently VERY slow, and they have COMPLETELY messed up my order the last three times I have been there -- a box full of wedges instead of the chicken I ordered, for example. Dont waste your time here unless you plan to hold up the line and open each box/wrapper and check your food, every single time.

Stood in line for 15 min. behind another çustomer that had not even been able to give his order. Other customers that had been waiting over 20 min for their order after waiting 15 min for their order to be taken. Slowest "fast food" restaurant on the planet. Left and went to Hardees. This place sucks! !!

Slow is being nice, I think a group of preschoolers could move faster, they somehow seem to mess the orders up every time. They are almost out of something at dinner time they are dirty. I wish I could give it minus stars. They should close down for a day clean it and retrain the employees

Maybe this is because the fact its a taco Bell / KFC. But it didnt seem to be up to KFC standard. I will give them another try. But right now I am disappointed. The lemon cake was so delicious!

Ive only eaten here once because they never answer the drive thru after the dinner rush. But definitely better places for chicken so save yourself the let down and just go somewhere else.
