Usually good service & consistent when ordering was my old review on this place. For the last month or so, the employees are constantly in a bad mood & just seem like they dont want to do their job. Went a few days ago & they were out of onion rings...Okay fine. Went again tonight (3/7) & the service was terrible. Went to the drive thru, someone came on asked what I wanted then was placed on hold. Another lady came on & asked what I wanted, ordered 2 $5 chicken dinners, small onion rings which they were out again & a medium strawberry banana shake. Mind you its after 8pm...they have half priced shakes. I pull up & my totals 16 & some change ? & the receipt says 4.29 for a med. Shake.....I drive back around & the girl is extremely rude & says she owes me 1.74, again okay..I pull to the window & she grabs the receipt closes the window & proceeds to give me the change. I asked her how is it 1.74 if half of 4.29 is like 2.15. She obviously gets mad & tells me to pull up & wait but by this time Ive already waited 10 minutes. She says Oh theres alot of training going on....SHES THE ONE THAT TOOK THE ORDER ?! They are ripping people off & get pissed off about it when they get caught. For God sake the lady in front of me paid 15$ for 3 small shakes. But its "half priced" shes lucky she closed the window while I was talking cause I wouldve thrown my shake back in there at her. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The service here is so bad, Id rather drive to the sonic in Yorktown. They need to hire new people or bring in regional managers to fix the issue.

Used to live right nearby here and would walk over for a milkshake in the summer when theyd do the roughly 8pm-12pm milkshake half off summer deal. However, good lord would this one simple drink take forever, near 30 minutes or so it seemed like any given night as the one or two staff working would be chatting with all of the other patrons and off-work employees visiting it seemed. Ordering regular food during lunch would work out a little better, but they still often seemed disorganized, hard to understand with the ordering speakers, potentially missing things, etc when trying to eat at their tables. But lets look on the plus side ... theyre one of the few places that server tater tots!

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to, we ordered 2 meals and a wacky pack for my son. The food comes out and we were charged for onion rings we didnt order extra charge for a soda that was suppose to come with the meal. Husband went to get it fixed and brings back the food with cold tater tots and fries that look like they were left in the fryer overnight. Also my son was upset because he wanted the new ninja turtles toys they were advertising but when she came out she said sorry we dont have anyome try again next week. I mean really i could have saved 5 bucks and fed him at home. The service was slow and rude and we will not be ever coming back to this establishment.

Worst sonic Ive ate at yet. I sat in the Drive through for 10 mins plus. So I was well fine ill dine in wrong. Another 10 plus mins and still havent placed an order. Its not like they were busy there was two cars in the drive through and two or three people dining in at 10pm on a Sunday. Save your money and go somewhere else because apparently they dont want your money because no one is getting any service dining in or drive through. Ridiculous! Never again

No brains in charge here. Save your money, go elsewhere. Its supposed to be "fast food," but even with few customers, they are pokey. After you go into great detail (in drive-thru) about how youd like your sandwich, after they seem to understand, you open up your wrapper later to find that its not your sandwich. And on top of the pricey price, youre supposed to tip your "waiter".

I have always had a problem with this sonic, i usually drive all the way to the other side of town but i was in a rush today, so i stoped and got my one year old son a slushy and he dident finish it and so after it melted there was some type of worm floating on the top i would never send my worst enemy to this place!!! Def calling corporate in the morning!!!

Ive been multiple times to this specific Sonic. The burgers are sloppily made and the hot dogs are dried up logs of meat. Both have made me sick. The service is slow and the drive thru speaker is barely understandable. Multiple times my order has been wrong. Go to Chik Fil A folks.

Worst service ever it took like 30 min to get our order i had 2 kids meal burger, 1hot dog combo, and 1 burger combo its like it was one person working he had to take my order, make it, and bring it. This was definitely not fast food

The service was a little slow, considering the time of day we went. They overcharged us for our food, but refunded it promptly. We had to wait for several items which made our fries and other items cold.

Waited 15 mins for breakfast for my family and then all 4 breakfast burritos had no cheese. Corndog was cold in the middle. Service was lackluster and slow. I would only recommend this place for drinks.
