Let me start by saying I loved panda express food! the Bejing beef is my favorite menu item. The last 2 times that I have been have been later in the evening usually around 9.( This time is 30mins until closing). During these times the staff was AWFULL! we were not greeted when we entered no "Can I help you? NOTHING!! she stood with the styrophome container waiting for me to speak. I asked for a large Bejing Beef and she said " We dont have enough for a large, do want a small?" In my opinion 30mins before closing is enough time where you should still be making food. All of the chairs were pushed out of place and away from the tables to suggest you could not sit down. When we found 1 table that still had chairs pushed to it the person cleaning yelled across the room " We close in 20 mins u cant sit there".. This is not to say the establishment is bad, but the service after a certian hour is terrible. The staff should know that just because you close at 9:30 does not mean that you would be leaving at 9:30. As a person who has worked fast food I know this. I would ususally go to this location about 5 times a month. Now im more inclined to go to a location which is more than 30mins away just to get better service. Overall The little bit of food i could get was excellent, but the service terrible!

This Panda Express is in a small row of stores in front of a larger shopping center. Parking is abundant and the shopping center itself is near an interchange and easy to get to from I-695. Im not a fan of this older Panda Express interior design because there arent any booths and the 4-seater tables are all strangely separated down the middle. I worried about things falling through the gap the whole time I was there. That aside, the restaurant and the restroom seemed to be pretty clean overall. The only maintenance issue was one broken table. I thought service at this location was pretty good. Unlike many other Panda Express locations, the staff was proactive in offering samples. The food trays were mostly full, except for a few items, so the cooks did keep up with customer demand. Portion sizes and pricing were acceptable. As for the food itself, think mall food court Chinese brought to a standalone restaurant format. However, it is quite consistent from location to location, so you know what youre getting.

I typically frown at Americanized Chinese food, in fact I try to avoid eating any if possible. But I have to admit that I really like going to Panda Express. I guess you can call it comfort food for me, their food is cheap, tasty and best of all, I can just drop by, grab a box to go in 5 minutes. I have been coming here for close to 8 years, they have been consistently good. I know I will continue to come here for many more.

Do not waste your time. This place has gone down hill. I recently spent twenty minutes there and it was like watching monkeys making love to a footballs. They messed up everyones orders with one guy getting so mad he left without getting any food. I tried to be patient. I had ordered two cream cheese rangoons when I got there, because there were none, and guess what, THEY GAVE THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE! Never going back...........

Cyncere, one the associates, provided us with excellent customer service. It was a speedy checkout and she even checked on us as we dined in. She even asked how it was afterwards.We came in are 8pm and there was quite a line. They had a great rotation of fresh good. Clean atmosphere as well.

The staff is very friendly and fast. I make multiple purchases every week. The only location to provide great service is on Baltimore National Pike. Karen and Ricardo are the best.
