This place is absolutely terrible. Took the entire family here, the check was well over $200. Two people ordered lobster - it tasted like it was fossilized. It was the most foul tasting food I have ever had in my mouth, and Im not exaggerating. I told the "cook" that, he didnt really say anything. Then I told the waitress, and she said "since it has already been on the grill I cannot take it off the bill." Are you kidding me? Im supposed to magically know it was going to taste like doo doo? I then ask to speak to the manager - a young boy comes to the table - says he cannot take it off the bill. "I just work here." Is what he said. I then demand to speak to the owner - he then tells me he is behind the sushi bar. I get up, go to speak to him, and he claims he is not the owner, and nothing can be done about the rotten seafood. The other two people at the table were also unhappy with their food, and walked out. This is terrible management skills. It is a total joke. I have never been treated so terribly at a restaurant. I will never set food in this establishment again, and I will advise anyone I know not to. Its GROSS. The raw chicken breasts were sitting on top of the raw red meat. Which I do not eat red meat - why would you cross contaminate food? This place needs a investigation by 7 on your side!!!

Slow service and okay food. Our waiter couldnt tell us what one of the items on the menu was nor did he ask other wait staff. We were the only people in the restaurant and still had poor service. When our food came out we couldnt eat because they had forgotten to give us chop sticks or silverware. We had to ask for soy sauce and bowls for our sushi. The seaweed salad tasted old and of plastic packaging. The building looked run down and the toilet in the womens bathroom was duct taped together.

We entered and after standing around a while we were seated. They didnt give us a menu. After a while we found menus at the counter. We sat for a while and could not get a waitress or waitperson to pay any attention to us. They just kept walking by ignoring us. We saw the same thing happen to another couple. After a while they had the good sense to leave. We waited a little while longer and left too. It used to be a good place to eat, but now you may starve to death before getting served.

Just a bland, run of the mill Hibachi place. Nothing special, until you get the bill! They are probably 20 to 30% higher prices than other, better, grills. Service was fine and the cook was nothing special. He left out a few tricks but was friendly enough. For two people who got steak and zero alcohol the bill was 70 dollars. We asked them why so high and they pointed out I got a coke and we both got fried rice. Apparently they charge extra for friend rice. A lot extra....

Extremely noisy, sushi order served backwards (rolls first, hand rolls second, and sashimi last... It should be in reverse order (always, no exceptions). The sushi bar was covered ( where the fresh fish is kept chilled), and that is always a bad sign. Not enough waiters/waitresses for number of tables/customers. More of a family/diner atmosphere than an intimate sushi restaurant. If you have small children and enjoy Hibachi, this is good.

Well usually i like this place and after the last time me and my family were there we havent gone back. Their portions are getting smaller and smaller, BUT THEY RAISE THE PRICES! And the lady was horrible at her job and this is why i give it. A star (but i still like you guys but you were horrible last time i like you soup!)

$10.95 lunch special - Broiled salmon with "special" (but quite ordinary) teriyaki sauce arrived from the kitchen raw in the middle so the chef made a new one. It came out in bite size chunks that were crispy on the outside and dry in the middle. Waiter was new and clearly hasnt a clue about the menu items.

Not sure about the other review but i have been eating at Osaka for almost four years now and i love them. The food is wonderful. The Sushi is awesome and very well priced. The cooks are outstanding and my kids love going there to see them cook.

The soap tasted like dish water. They should be ashamed to serve garbage like that. The salad dressing wasnt good. The rest of the food was good not great. That was my first and last time there.

This place is just terrible and over priced. If youre looking for amazing hibachi I suggest going to Culpeper Dragonchef.
