This place was rated highly on Yelp and I had high expectations. Sadly I was disappointed. This place is ran by Chinese not authentic Japanese. The soy sauce bottle has Chinese writing, not Japanese FYI. Also, Ive never had green masago in my life of eating sushi. Odd. They said it was wasabi flavor so I was a first. The sushi itself was normal, nothing amazing. However, stay away from the miso soup, this tasted like the soup that comes in a package.

The food was fresh and the restaurant accommodated our late-night order even though they were near to closing time. I would like to eat in again to try more things on the menu. We both had the chicken teriyaki dinners which came with soup and salad. The teriyaki wasnt exactly what I expected-- pieces of chicken sauteed in the sauce with veggies, instead of a grilled sliced chicken breast topped with the sauce-- but it was pretty good.

We went to this restaurant last night and the workers began to trash talk about how cheap I was for not willing to order any drink other than iced water and Shirley Temple. I informed to the manager but later he joined the workers and began to trash talk about my party in another Chinese dialect. Fortunately the lady from my party understood the dialect and heard everything. Wont be back here anymore.

One of my favorite sushi places. Always greeted with a smile.... Service is always attentive and courteous.... The selection is broad, fish always fresh...Salads, soups all great. No idea why there are any negative reviews. When they closed from their original location we we so sad....Made our day when they reopened in the new, larger, friendly space.

This place is so consistent in their flavors, food quality, service and treatment of guests. I can always rely on this place for great sushi, not to mention other cuisine. Interior design is pleasant and thematic, but understated. Service/staff always friendly and attentive.

I got a Bento Box. The sushi was drenched in a sauce that over spilled from another compartment. So I had soggy sushi. The salad was awful, & the soup smelled like dirty shoes. Had to throw it away. Chicken was good tho but the rice was sticky for some reason

Didnt find anything special about this place. Sashimi were average at best....Samba across the street degraded in quality in my opinion. I think New Ginza in Watertown is much better in terms of food quality, maybe Fugaku Cafe in Sudbury too.

The staff here are so, so wonderfully friendly and attentive. The food is prepared with so much care, and its absolutely delicious. Plus, the prices are fair, and you get a lot for your dollar. I would eat here a everyday if I could!

This is the best Japanese restaurant outside of Japan that Ive been to. The food, which includes both sushi and authentic Japanese dishes like ramen, katsu, tempura, and curry never disappoint. I would eat here everyday if I could!

Service was great. Sushi was sub par. Rice was hard and the seaweed chewy. The seafood ramen was good, had salmon, shrimp, scallops, and one muscle. Went during a slow time, so maybe the sushi will be better next time.

High quality sushi, authentic vibe, affordable prices. This is not a pace you would notice from the road, but worth the visit for decently priced fresh food. I have gone a few times and would definitely go back.

Easily one of the best places around for sushi. The spicy salmon is chopped up and mixed in the spicy sauce (they way i prefer). Always great sushi and the lunch deals are are great to bring back to the office!
