Service was terrible! Waitress never greeted us, took about 10 mins to get drinks out, never refilled them, never checked on our table to see how were doing. The restaurant was completely understaffed, while we were there, no tables ever got busted or cleaned. I wound up busting our own table because I felt sorry for the waitress. When the other employees brought out our dishes, they messed up on, came back, and took the dish my son was eating from. Will not be returning. Food was okay, nothing spectacular.

How often do you come across a restaurant that has a great staff AND great food? Not often. Ichiban has the sweetest staff and awesome food. The decor is really calming too, making it an overall pleasurable experience. I personally recommend the Salmon Box- comes with spring rolls, teriyaki salmon, and other yummy goodies. Although, Ive heard the sushi is great too :)

We have been coming here for years. Now, any sushi we have out of town tastes terrible. The food is super fresh and delicious, the service is friendly and personal, and Angela makes our experience feel special every time. Favorite: SCAD roll!

Service was a bit slow on my last visit; the place was pretty empty and it still took close to 45 minutes for any food to arrive on the table. It was, however, good food and I do generally allow some extra time for sushi rolls to show up.

Ichiban is a calm and serene place to sit and have fresh sushi in a gorgeous setting. I have been coming here for years, and now even drive here from Varina. Its my sushi destination.
