Persian national meal is very simple, it consists of: rice and grilled beef no spices no gadgets, But it is extremely difficult to make, right blend of ground beef and quality file grilled tomato and how it is grilled, is skill, experience and routine, and last but not least: Rice. Shamshiri knows how to make this as Persians like.
