I ordered a DOUBLE barbacoa burrito from here and it didnt even have enough meat to provide sustenance for a 2 year old. Seriously, it was less than a normal SINGLE order of meat. Maybe it was good enough for the small framed girls that were behind the line but I order double meat because Im 1. Hungry. 2. A GROWN ASS MAN. At every other Chipotle Ive ever been to, once at the cash register, I always hand them about 10 dollars for 1 burrito, in which I receive a burrito in the shape and size of a small child. And this is ok, because 10 dollars is an obnoxious price for a burrito to begin with. My love of Chipotle still stands, so if I ever feel the need to pay full price for a small sample, Ill come back here.

Ordered my food at 835pm online they only had a pickup time for 945 pm but closed at 10. Before I have had to do this and just walked in early and they made my food. Well tonight I go at 920 and they say I had to wait till exactly 945 for my food Becus they were "busy " they only had like 10 people if that in line and I ordered first either way. They are slow as crap. Employees are alwAYS Rude. And I wasnt about to wait 25 minutes. They need a better staff and a better system at ordering online. Whoever order was placed first they need to go by that. Whether its in store or online. First come first serve.

This was my second time eating at this location. Service during the day time is great, but during the evening service is terrible! Service is very very slow. I was in line for at least 30 mins and it was not even rush hour. Im used to waiting in a long line here to order my food, but this was ridiculous. I ordered my food to go and the servers left the food on the counter and didnt even put it in the bag. The servers pretend not to even see me. The food is way too expensive to be shown such poor service. I wont be returning anytime soon. Especially during the evening!

Chipotle needs to start using portion control utensils. Id go one week and the portions are huge and the next week the portions are way too small. I went here 7/31/17 at about 1230pm. The peppers and onions were way too overcooked. Perry, the cashier needs better customer service training. No greeting. Just asked what I ordered and rung me up. After paying he just pushes the bag towards me. No thank you no eye contact. Id try a different location but this is the only one in suffolk.

I have been to Chipotles up and down the east coast and I am totally disappointed in this location. The best thing they got going on is the music: 30 minutes before closing and everything looked old and dried up. They ran out of chicken on the display for my meal so they grabbed chicken from the back that I believe was not totally cooked or seasoned. Currently making my stomach ache....hopefully this is read and issue is fixed because if this was my first visit, I would never go back.

This is the worst Chipotle Ive ever been too. I work out in Suffolk a couple times a month and every time I come they are always out of Diet Coke, today they have no more boxes again, which is the only reason I get large drinks to them find out it doesnt work. Tables are never wiped down and the food always taste like its been sitting out too long. I love Chipotle but wont stop here again waste of money, never have the drink you want and the food is not great.

I loved eating their salads until I got food poisoning from it last night. Im not sure what from the salad caused me to feel nauseous but about an hour after eating there, my stomach was on fire and in knots. I thought it was maybe gas or something but after it hurting for a couple of hours, I pretty much vomited everything I ate from there. Ive never felt this way after eating from any restaurant so needless to say, I will not be eating Chipotle again.

I always like coming to this Chipotle because even though it can tend to be crowded, the staff is super efficient and attentive, which helps for the line to go down mighty fast. The staff is polite and this particular location is always nice and clean. The food is obviously delicious and you can never go wrong with whatever you order. Cant beat the price to portion ratio either! All-in-all a good Chipotle to stop by if youre craving it and in the area.

Service at this location is terrible! They are extremely slow and there isnt enough seating. The little stools at the long line of tables are uncomfortable. Trendy, maybe... but it was more like eating at a cafeteria than a $10 burrito bar. One visit, I waited in line to get to the front only to realize they are out of meat. Next visit, out of tortillas. How do you have a burrito bar and be out of tortillas?!

Chipotle food is fresh and yummy. This location is great! Always seems to have a full crew working and getting people thru the line quick. Prices and food are on par with every other Chipotle. Comparing Taco Bell to Chipotle is a complete fail.. cmon. That is like comparing a 5 guys burger to McDonalds. In the most basic sense they are burgers.. but not the same. Just like Taco Bell and Chipotle.

Im excited! The server today informed me that chipotle has tofu as a meat substitute. No one has ever advised me of that until today. The server was pleasant and offered me to taste it when she saw I was inquiring about it with another customer.... I LOVED IT! I dont eat typical "fast food" except for chic-fil-a occasionally and I think I found my gateway to not eating "fast food" meat. Im excited...

Normally I love this spot but they started to gimp the portions so hard that ordering double meat was the only way to get an actual spoonful. Guac? You know, the one that costs a decent bit? Got this small pathetic pile. Rice, beans, tomato....pitiful portions. Kept having to ask for more to get an actual spoonful. And you pay for the the inconvenience.... No more. Ill take my business to panda

Not my first time at this location but same results. Refused to double wrap. Always ask for double wrap since they hired ex Taco Bell employees to make burritos here. Gave me half a scoop of SOFRITAS then said thats all that comes with it. After that another ex Taco Bell employee wrapped some of the burrito inside the tortilla and split it and quickly wrapped it in foil as if I wouldnt notice.

Amazing! This chipotle makes the one in greenbrier and hampton look bad. Never had a bad experience and have visited this location at least once a month since it has been opened! The food is always fresh and staff are always friendly! The overall cleanliness of this location is great, from the oven where they cook the meat and veggies, to the bathrooms. Pleasant experience every visit!

I always love coming here. Friendly staff, which promptly and gladly came to aid a gentleman who spilled his drink. Like within a few seconds they were out there mopping the mess and they replaced his drink on the spot. Very cool. Been to places where things are the opposite. And my food was amazing!! You never disappoint, Chipotle!
