The portions are not the same as regular chipolte. My bag of chips was short changed. I got the same thing I always get and usually can make it last 2 meals. They gave me tiny portion I was able to finish in one setting which is usually impossible. Also I was pissed about the size of guacamole they gave me it wasnt a full spoon full. I said something to the server and they said that was the normal size. I disagree. I got a steak bowl and it didnt even fill the whole bottom of the bowl. I understand they are new but they may need some training. If I am going to pay for food get charged for extra, then I expect consistent amounts.

I do agree that the serving size seemed less than other locations but the customer service I recieved today was exceptional! I was greeted right away with a happy vocal team! Everyone was extremely polite and well spoken. I was dining alone with my thirteen month old son and the cashier girl was quick to grab my tray and get another employee to grab a highchair and they both brought everything to a table for me! When I was finished she noticed and immediatly came over to help me throw away the trash and put the highchair back. BEST customer service I have received in a very long time. That goes a really long way in my book!
