Horrible customer service. they sent me a coupon for a free smoothie for my birthday and when I presented it with my drivers liscence on my smartphone, they told me they wouldnt accept it unless it was printed. you are only allowed to view it once so I told her it wasnt any good after that and she turned to her coworker and started to whisper Nd the two of them went to the backroom. the rudest thing I have ever experienced in the customer service feild! Why send me the coupon if you dont want to honor it and then to act like that when your a manager, so unprofessional! I will never spend my money there again.
