I took my mother and granddaughter for Sunday afternoon lunch. It wasnt as busy as I thought it would be. We only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. The waitress we had was assigned to the 3 tables in "our" section and insisted that she take all the drink orders from all 3 tables at the same time, once she delivered all the drinks she waited until ALL the tables were ready to order, then took ALL the orders, waited until ALL the food was ready, what a disaster! We only ordered soup and salad which took FOREVER to get! Our salad bowls were so hot we couldnt touch them but yet we were expected to put ice cold salad in them. By the time our soup came out it was ice cold. I dont think any of this was the kitchens fault but rather the way the waitress was trying to handle things. We asked her to please put our orders in as soon as possible as my mother is diabetic and while she said no problem she proceeded to the two other tables anyway. She did this with the cheese, drink refills, etc. She totally forgot about my granddaughters child plate which was one of their new breadstick sandwiches. The waitress told us we needed to pick a side because it came with nothing. So given all her choices, my granddaughter picked of all things mashed potatoes to go with her chicken parm sandwich. She later told us that she was going to dissect the sandwich and make a small meal (she is 10). Well the plate came loaded with fries. This waitress was really out of it! Food was ok but we had an appointment we were already late for so we could only do one bowl of soup for the all you can eat. This is the first time I felt I did not get my moneys worth. Well she didnt earn a big tip either.

Me and my son went to Olive Garden for lunch on Saturday afternoon and definitely enjoyed our experience . We were seated by the girl who turned out to be our server so immediately after seating we were told specials and offererd beverages. my son was given a coloring book and crayons and he was happy as could be. Our drinks came with 3 minutes of ordering and since we were ready to order we went ahead and got that started as well. Out server was constantly smiling and very friendly. She brought us our salad and bread sticks very promptly. She was starting to get busier with more tables filing up around us in her section but she definitely stayed on top of everything . Was great with to go boxes and check delivered. We never had to wait for what we needed or ordered . Everything came in a timely order and I definitely recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner. Its casual, cozy, reasonable priced, and all around a great selection in dining out whether on a date, or with family.

A former favorite of mine. Todays experience has confirmed that the fact this once done restaurant chain is in need of real help. As it stands now, it should be condemned. Chef Gordon Ramsey, please help make Olive Garden great again. Youll find undercooked dishes, limited menus, pale yellow lettuce representing a salad ( two tiny slices of tomato in a giant bowl of yellow lettuce) service personnel that are simply hacks. I actually feel sad for our server of our lunch today. She is a pleasant person, fully conscious of the quality of the food. I believe she is genuinely trying, unlike the remainder of the staff. When it came time to pay my bill, I was actually offended that the never-cleaned machine that was placed on the table insisted on a 20% tip. I, instead. Chose to give my absolute minimum of 15%. TO THE PROPRIETORS OF OLIVE GARDEN: DO EVERYONE A FAVOR AND CLOSE UP SHOP. END THE CHARADE.

The food is good, however the new "ziosk" table side tablets seemed to be replacing quality checkout service during our last visit. Service was great during the meal, however when we were ready for the check, rather than take our ticket, the waitress proceeded to give us a lesson in "how to pay with the machine". Seriously, in this world of everyone having a smartphone, anyone needs a lesson on what amounts to an entry level tablet with a swipe slot? We figuredThen, once we did, the machine automatically had a "suggested" 20% while she waited there. Maybe we should have tipped the machine? After all, part of the reason for tipping is how well the server takes care of the customer. Even when its time to pay. Insult to injury? The ticket was wrong. Twice. Get rid of those machines, and bring back service.

One star doesnt even feel accurate to me. After waiting 30 minutes to get our salad and breadsticks and being told we are charged after the first bowl of salad even though every Olive Garden has UNLIMITED salad and breadsticks. We called a manager over and literally had to keep going up to the hostess to see if he was ever going to come to our table, he did end up taking care of our meal but the whole service was horrible. The waitress was rude and slamming our plates down on the table after seeing that we called for the manager. Not to mention over all it took us 3 hours total to get our lunch which consist of Salad, Breadsticks, an appetizer, soup and fettuccine alfredo… never again!!!!

I had to continually ask for salad, bread sticks, and tea. I had ordered the buy one take one and when it was time to check out I didnt have my "to go" order. When I asked asked about it ... The waiter just stared at me. Then off he went. He came back 15 minutes later with my plate.no bread sticks no salad . I proceeded to give him my coupon and my gift cards. He said the coupon couldnt be used because my daughter ordered the soup and salad bar . And the gift cards were used . I didnt get a paper total becuz the kiosk was unable to.print ...Was there anything left on my gift card? Dont know ...We were jus ready to get out of there at this point

Meatballs were cold. Meatsauce was skimpy...asked for more n they gave me a tiny little thimble size more ! Couldnt even taste any rum in my drink at all. Had to beg over n over for more bread sticks because poor waiter had so many tables. Salad dry of barely any dressing....asked for more n again used tiny thimble sized dish so still didnt have enough. With prices so high the portions shouldnt be so small. Price the food higher if u have too so u can afford to give customers enough sauce n salad dressing please ! Did not enjoy like we should have....hate asking for more this or that yall shouldnt be so stingy with portions.

I have eaten at Olive Garden many times at Chesapeake Square, but the last visit one week ago was a disaster. The poor waiter was trying so hard. There was no cheese graters at all, he kept apologizing that there were not cheese graters. Also there were no bread sticks made and he had to get our refills from the bar in bar glasses because all the other glasses were dirty. We went during the week, and it was not a busy night for all this to be going wrong. Our dinner took an hour to come to the table, this is when the bread sticks finally came out. We will not be going back to that location.
