Sitting here on a Sunday evening and totally enjoying it. Was created by a pleasant hostess who offered us half off at the bar while we waited. Tried the Primo amoro Moscato. So clean and fresh tasting. Sat us at our seats within 5 minutes after being told our wait would be 20 minutes or so. Adam took great care of us. We ordered a green apple sangria. Nice flavor. Crisp and delicious. Not over powering apple but pleasantly mixed with a little pineapple. After ordering our meal, it came out to us in less than 8 minutes. I had the lobster ravioli. Plenty to enjoy. Was delicious. Perfectly seasoned. My husband had the shrimp Alfredo. The shrimp was tender and delicious. Great service with a smile. So attentive and friendly and quick. Absolutely loved this experience!!!

We waited for 15 mins to get salad&soup, but thats because we went up and asked the bartender, what was taking so long. He then got all our stuff&was an amazing server, we never saw our waitress again. Then the manager kept coming by&stood at the table prompting us with the review screen after you pay. He stood there the whole time saying, "click that, ok then hit next." Dude, back off or you wont have returning customers. I couldnt tell you about the food, its hard to enjoy the taste when someone walks up there&ask questions while you are trying to slurp soup.

Each time I come by and get my food TO GO I ask for cheese (which I never get enough). This time I thought that instead of complain about it I was just going to ask for 2 containers with cheese but guess what I got 2 containers but I put the cheese in of them and I was not able to fill that one. Like I always said when I call dont mind paying for I juts want more cheese is 2 orders I get each time and 2 salad so a little bit if cheese its not enough.

Food was good, service from the waiter with gauges was terrible, just wanted to talk to us or other customers instead of serving us, waited forever to get my water refilled, never got another basket of breadsticks or soup refill. The manager told me to get the salted carmel tiramisu, asked waiter to get me and my wife that, half way through realized he brought us the wrong one. Not really a problem but just lazy on his part.

The location on coliseum is much better in both food and service. Im more than positive that our waiter took one too many tokes before work. He forgot every single thing we asked for, water, salad, breadsticks, you name it. He took forever and didnt have a clue about the menu. I was more upset though that our breadsticks were salty af, to whoever was working the kitchen tonight..Chill out on the salt.

Food was good but be careful when ordering lunch! The employee who takes pickup orders enters your order as DINNER at lunch and when you are in a hurry there is no time to have the order fixed (the cashier could not do math without her computer and could not figure out what half of our total was!) so you pay more than DOUBLE what you are planning on spending. Not customer friendly in this regard.

Food was okay, server was great until he brought me back the wrong change. Give him a 20.00, to get change and he took it upon himself to take a 5.00 tip. He didnt even apologize and calmly stated "Im here everyday, please come see me again", never. I will be monitoring my bank account to ensure he doesnt tip me again or use it for another use. What happen to honest people.

Olive Garden was always the place I went for special occasions: graduation, birthday dinners, etc. Usually has great food, great service. Went to this Olive Garden last night. Unimpressed. Food was mediocre at best. The breadsticks and salad refills took at least 25 minutes for each. I never got my soup refill. Spend your $15/plate somewhere else

The best Olive Garden! Went on a busy Sunday but still got a table right away. Our waitress was attentive and lovely and food was fine. Manager stopped by our table to check on everything. We did not feel rushed to leave despite it being relatively busy. I would definitely visit this location sgain between the good food and friendly staff.

My last few experiences have not been good at all. The service left a lot to be desired. I think that they just hated their jobs or just having a bad day either way service sucked! The food is mediocre to say the least, but the prices are through the roof. I would rather take my business to a local Italian place to get much better food.

Used to be great and my go-to place especially on birthdays. No more! portions are smaller now, staff is not really friendly any longer, soups seemed to be watered down. Not worth it. just had to call and get a copy of receipt. the person who handled my call "Sarah" was uncouth, arrogant and down right rude.

Wait staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. My server was super diligent in offering us a sample of their Moscato wine, showing us how to use the computer tablet on the table, and keeping the table free of used dishes. The inside look like your grandmothers house if she lived in Italy. It was very quaint.

Didnt even sing happy birthday for my little girl after she watched them go crazy on their happy birthday song a week or so earlier. It was very disappointing for us and for her to have the birthday dessert just handed over like oh here. When she was hoping for at least a song like we had seen before.

The food isnt being done properly I ordered chicken parm and the pasta was sticking to the plate, it was dry and hard and it was just bad. My soup also was poorly done threw a bunch of vegetables and barely any soup lol. Service could of been better as well but she was new so no hard feelings.

I gat take out. They me everything. Plates, utensils, serving utensils. Ordered 4 bread sticks and got 12 -which may have been a mistake but at least it went in my favor. Everything cold was cold. Wending hot was hot. And they were ready in time. I ordered online. Easy peasy

I have NO idea why I torture myself? I go here thinking that the food is as pictured in the advertisements. Then I am disappointed. The food is bland tasteless and lacking of substance. I have tried their lobster ravioli, and baked tetrazeni. I had to send both back.

Came in for lunch on a busy Saturday, and they got us seated immediately and all of our food/drinks came out quickly! Our server was so nice and polite, and several other managers/servers came to check on us at regular intervals. Great service and great food!

The staff is pretty attentive here, but its still an Olive Garden, so some food is good and some other stuff is lacking. Their salads arent very fresh at all but most of their entrees are good and of course theres always the excellent breadsticks.

Horrible service. Never got our appetizer, manager messed up our bill three times. And everything tasted the same. My lasagna sauce tasted like my sons kid meal spaghetti sauce, along with my husbands stuffed sausage. Not happy familyl.
