The worst Chicfila I have ever been to. Not from around here but the ones I have been to in the past have excellent service and make u feel welcomed. We asked for a milkshake and were told they were out of ice cream and minutes later saw someone walk out with a milkshake. Girls upfront standing, socializing on cell phone and manager just standing around. Manager was equivalent to that of the "team members". Also someone got pulled over in the parking lot next door and all the employees decided to flock to the window to see what was going on. Worst service ever and not a very pleasing, and Christian environment.

Torn because I love their food but their speed and service is lacking. Everyone is always incredibly friendly just to clarify. I use the mobile app but I still end up waiting everytime for my order though. I would got up there with coworkers and order with my phone before them and they would get their food before me. I placed a mobile order today and intentionally placed it 5 minutes before I pulled into the parking lot. I got there and still had to wait several more minutes just to get my coffee.

Poor service. They messed up my order and when I called about it, the manager said I could come back whenever to get my order remade. I asked her if I needed the receipt because I didnt know when I would be back, and she said no because they wrote down my name and order, and when I came back 4 days later they refused to give it to me because I didnt have the receipt, regardless of the fact that they wrote down my name and order, and it was on the paper in front of her.

Absolutely terrible service. They screwed up my order & didnt even replace it. They told me that they dont replace orders and that they would send me some coupons in the mail instead. Three wks later still no coupons. Its absolutely mind blowing how a successful business like Chick-fil-A cares more about there precious chicken instead of a happy customer.

Excellent restaurant. Corner location and easy to access. The service and staff were excellent as always. The visit was quick and fast with food being served to our table in a timely manner on a customer appreciation day when it was super busy. Good food, affordable food, and excellent service. Visit here and you wont be disappointed.

This place is like your typical fast food joint except it specializes in chicken. I have tried two different sandwiches and they were both good. The waffle fries on the other hand were okay. The place was clean and not very busy. The cashier who took our order was very nice and was very helpful when we told her we were from out of state.

The cashier at the window was so hot. I think her name was Shea. She did a great job and had a great personality and was very upbeat and had a great chick-fil-a attitude. Definitely deserves to be noticed for all the hard work she does! I appreciate you Shea! Love it, will be back soon!

Good hot food. Best chicken in town. Clean restaurant. Polite servers and hard working crew. Ordered sandwhich in wilmington and still hot when I got home to rocky point. I cant even order a hamburger at McCordsville and make it home reasonably hot 2 miles home. GREAT GOING!!!!!

Fantastic place to stop and grab a bite on the way to Carolina Beach. Restaurant was spotless, the food was delicious and fast, and the employees were very friendly and courteous. A perfect experience that Ive come to expect from Chick-fil-A.

I just love the iced tea. Driving thru the drive thru is quite difficult and even a bit dangerous. All three lanes converge and I never know if someone with run into me. Might be the most difficult drive thru to navigate Ive seen in NC.
