I placed an order in the store, was told it would be 15 minutes, I left and came back in 20 minutes, was then told it would be another 30 minutes. When I questioned why I was told it was going to be 15, I was basically called a liar and told by the guy at the counter that he never said 15 minutes, he then even denied being the one that took our order. When I then asked to have it canceled because I couldnt wait another 30 minutes, I was told it wasnt possible to cancel the order once it was taken. Absolutely ridiculous. He then asked the manager if he could cancel the order, she also said no. Very bad service.

My son had to have their pizza with the hot dogs in the crust. They were selling their large pizzas with the hot dogs for about $9. I picked one up and brought it home. My son loved it, of course. My wife not so much. I thought the hot dogs that use were rather low quality, but thats to be expected for the price we paid. But the pizza itself was fine and the crust was like freshly baked bread. The cashier was not particularly friendly nor was he rude. We got our pizza quickly and without problems.

Have ordered a few times from this restaurant and every time either the order is wrong or the order for delivery takes over an hour. First order asked for the red pepper crust with the buffalo drizzle but came with the balsamic drizzle. Next order asked for the red pepper crust and balsamic drizzle and did not get either one and felt like I was eating cardboard.

I have ordered from this location several times and had it delivered each time. Its been consistently late, from 20-60 minutes past the estimated time. The pizza crust is thinner and much different than any other location. Disappointing!

terrible service. I ordered the pizza at 6:30 and was told that it would take 30 minutes. An hour later I called and they told me it was still at the shop. They did not even apologize. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a pizza and it was like a cheese pizza with hardly any toppings on it. $10 deal pizza with any toppings is a joke here.
