I ordered my pizza for delivery online about 615. I waited patiently until around 720. I called up to the store to see when my pizza would be delivered. The person who answered the phone was not only rude IMMEDIATELY when I asked where my delivery was but said "well we dont have any delivery drivers" so I asked why the person didnt email me to inform me that no drivers were available they just started yelling over the phone "are you coming to get the pizza or not" ....The absolute worst place to order for delivery. DONT ORDER ONLINE because they will not call you to inform you about no drivers ect very rude customer service. Smh I used to love pizza hut- NOW its no longer worth my money or my business. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME of my pizza either not being delivered, them mixing up my pizza with someone elses or even the customer service-rude- ( it has always been disappointing) And whats sadder is the lady didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. I had to request my refund. No matter how great the pizza taste in the long run. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANY PIZZA HUT

By far the worst place to get pizza in Ashland. They never have a damn delivery driver, Im not kidding...and never tell you that when you order for delivery. Ive now run into this problem 3 times and now this time I go to pick it up over an hour after I placed the order and they never made it. The guy who makes the pizza was very apologetic but the older woman who Im assuming is some kind of manager obviously doesnt give a damn about service. If you want amazing pizza just go to Brick Oven

Had to come in to order cause no one answered the phone. Then I didnt know the name of the pizza we wanted and the lady had a bad attitude problem. Her name was Wilhemenia and she was try to rush me through my order. If she asked me about sause I didnt hear her and I asked for breadsticks and she didnt ask what size so my order was the small ones . Needless to say it was a very bad way that she took our order. And we were dissatisfied with our service.

Went during their lunch buffet, the pizza was what you might expect but the waitress was very pushy. As soon as we sat down she asked drinks and brought the check before we even got one plate of food. Then she kept coming back with a tray and towel as if we where just about to jump up and leave. When we put our card on the check she grabbed it and brought it back promptly, but just stood there holding the receipt waiting for it to be signed.

I dont think they even deserve one star to tell you the truth, waited almost an hour for them to tell me they didnt have bacon stuffed crust and made me change my order, and last night when I ordered, it took her 43 minutes to call me just to tell me they had no delivery drivers. Arbys just got shutdown and this place should be next. I will never eat Pizza Hut again.

Driving through VA on my way to NY looking for a quick bite. Stopped at this Pizza Hut. Location was clean and quiet. Waitress was pleasant enough, provided quick and curteous service. The food was good, served hot and timely. Hit rhe spot!

Pizza is corporate style. They NEVER deliver paid for condiments such as garlic butter or dressing. At least they deliver to rural areas with hot food and its not stuck to a box. They do their best for delivery time.

We just went here once. I like Pizza Hut as a chain, but this location wasnt that good. Lunch waiter was friendly but not professional. Pizza was too greasy. Hand crust wasnt the usual awesome.
