We stopped here on a busy Saturday while on a long traffic-choked trip up I-95 back from the beach. Our meal at Chik-Fil-A was truly the bright spot in an otherwise tiring day. Despite being crazy busy, the restaurant was super clean, the condiments were being actively refilled, staff was refilling drinks at the table, and we got our food in less than five minutes. And every staff member had a smile and was very polite. There was even a young man directing traffic in the parking lot to make sure no one from the drive-thru ran over people exiting the restaurant. I was quite impressed with the efficiency and great customer service at this restaurant - We will be back on our next beach trip!

Not only was the dining room very clean, but it was also decorated very beautifully! All the tables had the signature flowers, but instead of normal vases, the flowers were held by glass coca-cola bottles! When I asked about it, the hospitality leader gave me a wonderful history of Truett Kathy-the founder- selling cold coca-colas for a little more than 5 cents. The hospitality leader went around the dining room, asking guests if they needed anything. And it was always with a smile and with a warm heart. This Chick-fil-a was definitely worth the drive off the highway. I would totally recommend it to anyone traveling!

We all know by now that the food is good. The 5th star comes from the customer service. When I pulled up, I rolled my eyes because the drive through line was wrapped around the building. But with the system they had in place, I had my food and was pulling out of the parking lot within 2 minutes of arrival. Sweet God, someone from Hardees in Pinetops, go and take notes. It shouldnt take 10 minutes to get a sausage biscuit....

Chick-fil-A of Wilson, NC is the best ever! Christy and the crew are always so polite & helpful. They bring out your food to the table, stop by to check on your meal. Need your beverage refreshed or an extra tub of sauce? Theyll go get it for you! Free samples of new products. Wonderful family nights for the kids. Supportive fundraisers for the community. Simply a pleasure!

This Chick-fil-a has really good food and great customer service (always)! The staff and crew are very kind, and they are always smiling! Every time I have stopped here, someone comes around to see how your meal is and asks if you need anything. It might be a normal practice at Chick-fil-a restaurants, but its really nice anyway. Highly recommended!

Best fast food service Ive ever had. The manager was walking the floor constantly and even came up to get me a refill and took or trash! Food is great, chicken is REAL, not grinded down patties like other places. Thanks! EDIT: as we were walking out, the manager saw we were taking out food and insisted on getting us a to go bag!

They must have moved 50 people through the drive through in 10 minutes when we were there. They are well equipped to be as busy as they are and perform perfectly. The staff were outstanding and walked to our car to expedite the process rather than wait for us to pull up to the next walkie talkie. 10/10 would visit again.

Always great service!!! The few times I have had an issue (which is not often), they go above and beyond to fix it and give me something extra to make up for it. The only thing I could complain about is that the parking lot is so full sometimes it is hard to get in and out, but it is worth that occasional hassle.

Wow! We had a large group and Tracy and the other staff members were so accommodating during their very busy lunch hour. They realized we drove almost 4 miles off the highway to get there and went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even sent us on the way with cookies and sweet tea!!

The staff here are very friendly and I didnt hear anyone say, "Youre Welcome" everyone says, "My Pleasure" with a smile on their face, like they really mean it. The food was perfect, just what you expect at Chick-fil-A. This is a family friendly location with tables for parents to view the indoor playground.

Very busy, nut still that personal touch. The manager came to check our order and we explained that we received a spicy sandwich instead of the tegular, He immediately returned with the correct sandwich. Even though busy, the lines moved easily and the whole staff was cheerful and friendly.

I was just on my way to Raleigh from Hreenvil3. Took the exit into Wilson to get the Chick-fil-A. Its further down the road then I thought it be. However they had the best service I have ever seen at any Chick-fil-A was very impressed the staff was very professional,fast and awesome!!

The owner and staff make this Chick-fil-a the best Chick-fil-a Ive ever been to! Their family night each week is fantastic and includes fun activities for the kiddies and the parents! The food is always freshly cooked and tasty!! Love, love, love Chick-fil-a of Wilson!!!

One of the best organized and efficient chick-fil-as I have been to. Food is always delicious and fresh. However, double check bags prior to leaving as I have had items forgotten multiple times but the staff is always very kind and quick to correct the order.

This is a great Chic-fil-A. They do a lot for the community and the staff is always very friendly. I would rank it higher if they werent so crowded and the parking lot wasnt a nightmare to navigate. Being good comes with a price.

As always, great food. It does get busy and the flow of traffic gets hectic, but the staff does their best to funnel it. They never get snappy and are always polite. This is one of my favorite places to go in Wilson.

Paid for my food in the drive thru didnt get my fries i paid for. Go in and they didnt even cook them. Had to wait ten minutes after i had my food. Very upset didnt apologize or nothing.
