Not only was my pizza late, it was barely even warm and had none of the toppings I ordered and paid for. When I called the location I was told I could either wait 30 minutes to get a new one (turned that offer down because I had already waited 30 minutes over my expected delivery time) or I could get a credit towards my next order. When I stated I would really just prefer a refund I was told there was not possible. I filed a complaint on Pizza Huts website after which I was told I would be called in a matter of a day or 2. Its been 3 weeks and I havent heard a thing. Even with a free pizza on my next order I have no interest in ordering from this terrible location. Turning down free food is not normally my style so thats really saying something.

Their food is decent. Could be better if you compare with other good Pizza hut. I still dont want to complain about the food quality. But my God...! this place can mess up orders I have seen many reviews of this type when they messed up the orders but initial couple of times it was ok for us and I kept thinking how come this place is getting bad reviews like this..but not too long this was probably our 3rd or 4th time ordering from this Pizza hut as we are still new in the area...and then they messed up our order too like many others. How in the world an order can be simpler than a pizza hut order. Always you want to open it up and check and make sure that your order is right.

I place an Order online on 01/01/2014 at approximately 4:30 PM. When I received my confirmation email it said the wait time was approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes. I have young children that simply cannot wait that long so I decided to call the 43761 Parkhurst Plaza, #112 in Ashburn, Virginia to cancel my order. I was hung up on 4 different times. I never was able to speak to an employee. I had to drive down to the Pizza Hut location and physically cancel my order in person. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be treated in such a manner as this. I will not be returning to any Pizza Hut franchise in the future.

Placed an order online. When I got my order part of it was wrong. When I called to correct the issue the person said the correction would be sent with the next driver. Almost an hour and a half later and a few calls to this location, I have yet to receive my correction, a five dollar credit for my next order, and repeatedly called maam on the phone by the manager, even after I told him my name and that I am a man. I have never had an issue with this location before, but I will think twice before ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Just because we know the chain, we should not assume each is as good. This particular place is a bad place to order a pie. If your not staving pls., just get something at the next square. Idiots, they need to get their act straight! And for good measure, let experienced folks answer the the line. Thats right PH, you suck and you know!!!

New to the area and got a Hut gift card as a present. After reading these reviews I was skeptical, but now glad I ordered anyway. $10 carry out deal is good, pizza was what I expect from the Hut. No complaints, dont be afraid of this place. Full disclosure, I ordered online so I had minimal experience with the actual staff.

Very very poor customer service,, first they never pick up the phone and then if they do they will put you on hold for 5 times before they complete order. Then it takes about 2 hrs to get the order even if youre picking up. Id never order from there. Pap johns is much better half mile from there.

Not sure why they get such terrible reviews. Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks for a future pickup, pizzas were both fresh and absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately Pizza Hut breadsticks have lost their touch. Just not the same but pizza was fresh and great. Marina sauce was like water.

12-9-14 I called several times for over one hour between 7 pm and 8pm and no one ever answered the phone to take an order. Pizza Hut Corporate should shut this place down. Its a disgrace to the Pizza Hut name and a disservice to Ashburn. This site gets one Star by default

Pizza quality is very poor. My 7 yr old figured it out that this hut dont know how to make a standard pizza Hut pizza. I never order again. Unfortunately there is no other hut close to me. I Guss we will stick with dominos.

they didnt disappoint. left 1 pie at the store, driver said hed be right back... 1 hour later had to call them to remind them.. still waiting... recommend using another pizza delivery. this place is bad every time
