This store is horrible. I mean bad. I get it, a long day can be exhausting and working in the food industry can be unforgiving, Ive worked in retail for almost a decade. But with that said, if you dont want to work your job and do it right, dont apply. Dont even bother. If youre going to work, then do it right and dont take it out on the customers who just want what they pay for. The management here is laughable, and the workers dont care about their jobs. They will literally complain in front of the customers. Who is the DM? Because the higher ups need to get involved. KFC, get it together.

Horrible service. 3 separate occasions went for Nashville chicken and they gave me regular. Each time, waited 15-20 minutes. Dirty restaurant, 5 people starring at the screen while there is a spilled sofa on the floor in dining area. Never again
