I was a regular at this place until last night. After been told at the drive thru window that i needed to show picture ID for a little over $20 tab....No thanks. It is not just illegal but also racially profiling customers.Even the manager had the balls to tell me it was corporate policy!most read credit card policies.Visa & Master Card clearly states that ONLY when a card is not signed, customer is required to show ID. Card is signed and you get to see is signature verification at most. So Long Nazi checkers, your burgers and greasy fries wont be missed.

Dont waste your time here. Theyll get your order totally wrong and if you tell them about it the manager will not instruct a refund or correct your order. Theyll just keep your money and tell you theres nothing they can do. I guess getting the order right the first time or doing their best to accommodate the situation is something Checkers isnt capable of doing. I definitely wont be wasting my time or money here anymore.

well, this place is good with its low price, especially the French fries is the best! I also like their chill dog and this buttery steak burger. So good . It will rate 5 stars or at least 4. The reason is that the customer service. Every time I drive through, no one say hello how r u. And thank you and have good day. Instead, " $$$is ur total". "Thats ur food" not even good bye.

I dont like this checkers the people are very disrespectful the manager is stupid they use the f word many time i went there they made alot of Wrong things so please who ever is reading this please do not go to this checkers in Elmwood Ave they are so stupid many times i went there with my father and they did alot of mistakes they are so rude and nasty people

Good for fast food. If it was the food only I would give it 4 stars. The wait time is terrible. During my visit there was one customer in front of me with a small order We talked about how long we stood outside in the cold waiting for our orders. I ordered 2 burgers and waited 13 minutes to get them.

I visited this location last night and had a terrible experience. The staff is not capable of taking an order correctly. It took 3 trips in the drive-thru to get it right. Dont waste time or money on this location! *If I could have given a no star rating, I would have!!!!

Not very good quality, and they only get the order right 2.5/10 times. Have cheap sandwiches in addition to more pricey options. Also they offer a wider variety than the typical BK or McyDs so sometimes you just go and gamble with the Checkers. Open Late!

I love the food. But evertime I get a sandwich I ask for no tomatoes. Yet they still put tomatoes on my sandwich.. I called and got a machine so I hang up. Hate to complain but really its not that hard to make a sandwich with no tomatoes.

Apparently they take the drive thru order faster than the regular ones. I waited like more 25 minutes while the drive thru order waiting time was between 5-10 minutes.
