They finally got the lights on at this place at night, we went through the drive through on 8-8-17 at about 9PM, ordered 2 fill ups at the drive thru ,they totally screwed the order up,mind you..... we just started going back here to eat again, cause we wanted to give them time to get their work skills together, but its the same old thing again, terrible customer service, they still get even the smallest orders messed up. So we had to drive back here to get the order straight by the manager. We should have been compensated something free, cause we had to turn back around, and burn our gas to go back there and get the order correct. I shouldnt have to pay for that. They should pay for messing the orders up all the time.

If I had an option I would give this location no star. The customer service was awful, no communication or apologies for the wait, not a smiling friendly face to be seen anywhere. Upwards of 8 cars went through the drive through while a line of people waited 15-20 minutes for food inside. When we asked for ketchup the worker went over to look under the counter then said I dont know where it is then proceeded to go on with her job. There was no organization. I would not recommend this location at all.

This was the worst meal i ever had at this restaurant the chicken was so greasy the biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks the coleslaw had no taste and mashed potatoes were water and so eas the gravies it wasted me 24 dollors and had to go to other store to pick up and make dinner for our family i know it fastfood but it should be at least be able to enjoy some what this is not the frist time though i give them a second chance i was sure wrong about that

We just came back from the taco bell/KFC in Stephens city, Va we had ordered a Dorito taco with meat only and 2 nacho Supremes with no tomatoes the Dorito taco only had 1 teaspoon of meat on it it looks almost completely empty and both nachos were without meat all together... We had gotten three other tacos that were all full of meat the rest of the order was correct...we are extremely disappointed when I try to call back nobody answered all 4 times I called!

Customer service was horrible. Cashier did not know how to take my order. 2 chicken sandwiches. Had to wait for manager. Sandwiches were literally put together upside down ! And No napkins in the bag really! Save yourself the trouble go to Wendys across the street if you want chicken.

The food was good and hot but so was the lobby. It was almost like opening the door to an oven not to mention no one was attending to the lobby. Tables full of crumbs and trash, condiments barely stocked and lots of ice and water in front of the drink station

Great trip. We came in at the beginning of happy hour and were charged full price for our drinks. When I brought to their attention, the refunded the full price of the drinks and didnt charge us at all. Way to go Taco Bell! What an awesome experience!

I dont know what it is about this Taco Bell/KFC but when I get Taco Bell I normally get the cheesy gordita crunch Combo and its always undercooked. The gordita part is always gooey. Dont have any issues like this at other Taco Bells in the area.

Finally they start to have chicken veggie they close, if you would go there before around 9 PM, they would literally be out of chicken, and the employees will be standing around literally smiling because that meant less work for them.

I have went there 2 times in the last 4 months I ordered Dippin chicken 4 months ago and I asked for sauce and never got any today I ordered Dippin chicken made sure I had the sauce and they gave me regular chicken not Dippin chicken

Ive heard that this one has been setup as a training ground for Taco bell, which I suppose can account for the varied service. The managers are nice and will reasonably work with any issues you might have.

Service is average, management is worse. If youre into working for free, hit them up. When you quit you probably wont see your last paycheck...two months after leaving my daughter still hasnt been paid.

Totally sucks. Wait forever and the food is never right. Missing stuff or tomatoes added when you are allergic and say no tomatoes. Needs management to change and get all new staff.

I have been to this taco bell twice and both times it was disgusting. My tacos were actually wet and soggy. Im all for second chances but I will never return to this location again.

Added on an extra item to our order that the people ahead of us were complaining about. It wasnt worth the hassle to get a credit for $1.50, but check your receipt.

Th e last taco bell / KFC I went to didnt have mtn dew Baja blast, what kind of life is that to live? Food was great and my famous bowl was loaded with chicken!

Slow. I often give five stars but this place is extremely slow and the line at the drive-through is so long people are leaving. I think they need more staff.

Its a Taco Bell... Service was a bit slow and the dining area could use a scrub. Getting in to and out of the parking lot can be a bear as well.
