Food was okay, but just okay. There was a wait for the wedges, but at least they offered me a substitute. I usually expect more from KFC. Service was horrible, short tempered and rude. Rude to me, rude to the customer in front of me (even when THEY screwed up HIS order...) Dining area is filthy and seats need repairs badly. This place should make enough money to not have to duct tape the vinyl. What makes this worse is that Im pretty sure it was the manager at the counter, as she was wearing a different uniform from the rest of the crew. Now they are discussing shortfalls in management in front of customers in the lobby. Not good. Wont be back. Ever.

I usually go to this KFC since this place is nearest to me. But this place sucks ever. They gave me original taste when I ordered crispy, like half of my orders, yeah they never give your exact order! Also, I just took two of Number 1menu, which is 2 chicken pieces, side, biscuit and drink. I ordered for crispy, but they gave me half of original, and also those chickens were dried, and smelled as hell. Ive used this KFC for 2 years, like once a month, but Ill NEVER go to this KFC. Ill say Walmart chicken is better than this place

I have never been into such an awful place. We waited for 30+ minutes for our food, which was wrong when we got it. The manager told everyone we "just needed to be patient" because all of the cashiers were new and not trained. We had to stand in line, again, after we got our food to get plasticware to eat it with. Several people just walked out w/o food and I have heard from ALOT of people that this is normal service for this location.

Went there for some food. They didnt have Macaroni and cheese. The Cashier was hard to understand. All the workers were yelling and being idiots. when we sat down there was garbage on all the tables because not a single one was whipped down. Mind there was no other customers in the place so there wasnt an excuse. Never going again. Higher people other than college students

The cashier had real problems taking our order, my sandwich tasted good but it was not fresh and barely even warm. My husband had been waiting to go as he was excited to try the new special, "Nashville" chicken. His tenders, also cold, were quite greasy and rubbery. He felt the Nashville sauce had good flavor but was way too salty.

I said dine in,I got take out...I said 2 breasts,I got 2 backs (no meat)...I said napkins,no napkins...Dirty Tables,Ran out of tea(had to wait for a long time),AND THEY FORGOT THE SPOONS FOR MY MASHED POTATOES AND COLESLAW...KERNEL SANDALS WOULD BE ROLLING OVER IN HIS GRAVE.

My biscuit was gray and heavy Im assuming from oil. I tossed it and I ordered tenders which I findnout b at the window they were outbof and they replaced with popcorn chicken which was nice. But I have nonidea how they even thouggt that biscuit was edible.

Absolutely terrible, no corn, no popcorn chicken, left our mac n cheese and cookie out of order. This is a nationwide problem for kfc at this point. Teenagers left alone that dont care. No adult managers anywhere. Stay away.

So it is confirmed they do sell halal KFC. Original, extra crispy and grilled. Awesome! And yes they also contains firmed they use a separate fryer for the meat from the non halal stuff. Thank you kfc!! ;)

Food served Hot and fast. But be warned if you dine in. Its DIRTY!!! Bathrooms are GROSS!!! Dine in booths are Dirty, floor dirty. I suggest going through the drive through window!! Food is really good.

The service was prompt and friendly. The food was as ordered. The facilities were clean. There was no baby change station in the bathroom which was unexpected and inconvenient.
