The food is good but the wait time is always excessive. I go in on my lunch break from time to time and end up spending 10 mins waiting on my burrito after I order. The staff is good tho when theyre not forgetting something. The overall experience wasnt bad enough to make me stop going but I just have to make sure I have time to wait

There is a lady there by the name of Reina Cruz who is an absolute sweetheart! She always greets me with a smile and treats her co workers with love and care! Every time I order she always makes sure my food is done right! I go there just for her phenomenal customer service!!!!!!!

I have been in here several times. Went through drive thru. Part of my order was missing. Let the cashier know this time. As I was walking out the door I heard the cashier make snide comments about me and the fact that my order was not complete last time.

The food is not too bad considering the low prices. I always seem to get thru the lines ok and the staff is friendly. The only issue I have is many times I have gotten home and my orders are not correct. I have learned to check before I leave now.

Its a taco bell so Im rating it based on taco bell as the max. This store gets busy and there can be long waits plus I doubt the staff is 100% focused in the evening. However they always get the order right and are friendly enough.

They started closing their dining room several hours earlier each night despite being popular for those on foot, bicycle late at night. This also creates very long, slow drive-through lines after closing the dining room!

Food was fresh, condiment table was well stocked. Lost a star due to one of the drink machines not having any ice at 1145am. No sign that it was broken, just not there. The soda was warm as a result.

The new naked chicken chalupa has changed my mind and Taco Bell is amazing no matter what anyone says, I would definitely recommend it for Taco Bell virgins.
