Pay Attention Darden! Consistency in food is missing at most chain restaurants…We recognize brand names because we are beaten to death with marketing messages so when we see a place we recognize, marketing gravity pulls us towards the brand; like zombies, naturally pulled towards humans... Unfortunately, when I try the same brands in different geographical areas, it is not the same experience. I have been a regular at this Olive Garden but the service and food quality varies drastically. For instance, the Minestrone would be thick this time and watery another time. The potato soup, Zuppa Toscana, would always come without potato chunks. I present to you the Spicy Calabrian Chicken sandwich that I ordered on May 13 (see pic); both buns perfectly burnt to a crisp! In addition, I do not recall ordering the buns well done. I wonder what they were thinking in the kitchen when they burnt my sandwich. Instead of throwing these buns in the trash, they decided to serve it hoping it would go to an unsuspecting schlub. Other entrees like Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, and a few more lack consistency; the same entrée may have the right visual but different taste. Another thing that really burns my buns (pun intended) about this location is the amount of time it takes to get your food. Logically speaking, you go to a restaurant when you are hungry and you hope to get your food within a reasonable amount of time. It took us 45 minutes to get our food (just 3 simple entrees), the restaurant was not packed, and there were issues with it…I ended up not eating my improperly prepared sandwich after I took the first bite. My son got meat sauce instead of marinara and his grapes were visibly stale. The salmon, my wife’s entree, was cooked properly, so, we ended up sharing it.

I loved it at this store. Granted we came in when there was a wait (which is a given on a holiday weekend night). And the only thing That I didnt enjoy about the dining was the idiots who were on wait with us bitching and moaning about having to wait. Hello the place seats like 250 people and there currently 350 in the building. On top of which when theyve ordered and have finished their food then paid up,..the tables must be bussed and cleaned. These people act like theres a trap door in the floor so when the other patrons have finished up it just opens and off they go and its ready to seat the next. The service was awesome for how busy they were so I could understand if the timing of beverage wasnt up to optimum as the girl had 3 tables of 4 guests each all on different phases of their meals and whatnot. Quality of food was great and the price was fair. Couldnt ask for more on a busy night like this, other then a new crowd of not-so fat angry plaza shoppers who feel entitled to overstep other guests dining experience.

Dont get the pies!!!! We usually go to Olive Garden at least once a week and even though we get different servers we can always count on having a good meal. Well not tonight! My husband a I ordered the new pies like we have before, but this time they were terrible! Im not someone who likes alot of sauce on my pasta but this had almost none, I had to ask the waitress to bring me sauce. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and if there was a half of cup of pasta I was lucky. The same went for my husband but he was able to find some meat in his unlike me. Im never one to complain but they were awful. Never again! Our waitress Holly was awesome!!!! Maybe she should have been cooking tonight!

Its been a really long time-- years-- since I have been to an Olive Garden. You usually get solid service at these places, and ours was pretty good. I ordered lasagna and when it got out it looked like it was just thrown on the plate-- completely sloppy. The wife had some angel hair pasta with marinara and thought it was tasty. They used to have crawfish and shrimp in their seafood alfredo but they replaced the crawfish with scallops. I dont know when this happened, but the crawfish were delicious and Id much rather have those than shrimp or scallops. The breadsticks were okay but a little bit overcooked. I was hoping they would be a little softer.

This is a prime example of why you should become a carnivore. Think of all the poor non-binary plants that have died at the garden of olives just to fuel corporations and make sweet cash. This is a prime example of why Hillary should have won, to stop these vegetable oppressing people of the male gender. I feel that a rebellion is needed to stop these vegetable massacring overlords, and to keep our fellow vegetables safe. The poor human vegetables should not have there fellows destroyed by filthy men. Donald Trump being elected caused all of this, and it is a huge mistake, just like my birth.

Great customer service and clenliness. We try to come out atleast twice a month. when we do we ask for Corey or Ursula. theyre very approachable and professional. they know their skills and apply them greatly. thank you both for great laughs and experiences here. well be coming to this one for years to come. Came in today on March 16th and had great service from Julianna and Adrian. They werent even waiting on us but they did anyway when they saw we needed something. Very polite and professional. These two are also why well keep coming back. They take initiative.

I am all about customer service (my job is about customer service) and I CAN NOT say enough about our service by Danielle M! We had a party of 8 and she and Chris were outstanding! Danielle went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We talked about her all the way home. I live in New Port Richey and work in Wesley Chapel and I will make the xtra drive just to have Danielle be my server. Thanks for your amazing service Danielle!

We ate there last night to celebrate my birthday. So sorry we chose to dine there. Never again! The lasagna noodles were burnt, the lettuce in the salad was black around the edges, and we had to request bread to go with the meal 3 times it finally arrived when we were about finished with our meal. It was our 2nd time we tried this restaurant and it was bad both times.

I had dinner tonight at Olive Garden. As my husband is out of town I went by myself. This is always a little awkward for me but my waiter was very pleasant and efficient. I also enjoyed the machine on the table that let me order dessert and pay the bill at my leisure. I will definitely be dining her again in the future.

Why is it that every time we try this restaurant there are multiple empty tables and a forty minute wait.Today we had a party of six that left right after a table of eight you would think they would bring in enough help to service there customers. If Carabas would open for lunch we would go there.
