Although this place has a nice new look & appears to be clean. The food is lacking proper care. It always taste luke warm at best,never hot. The seasoning seems too bland & chicken tough or chewy as if its been sitting for too long. I gave it a second try after a 6 month ban & I see no real change for the better. So Im gonna leave this place alone from here on out!!

Service is HORRIBLE! Theyre always slow but yesterday was the WORST ever. I ordered at 7:19 and didnt receive my order until 7:44 and that was AFTER I had to go up and ask for my food! They cashier told me my order had already been handed out. Another customer and I got a full refund for such horrible service. They food is usually ok... once you actually get it.

Hey, its a kfc/taco bell. If thats what youre looking for, this location is perfectly fine. Ive been many times and never had a complaint. Bathrooms clean, seating is satisfactory, high chairs for the baby (no sanitary wipes, would be awesome but i dont consider it a given, you got wipes in the diaper bag.). Yeah, just a nice spot go ahead.

Really looking for corporate KFC. Local Powhatan, has already tried to make up for the bad chicken. My husband and I tried the " To go cups" several times. Each time we got sick. I Keep trying to post my comment: Keep getting blocked. Does KFC really care?
