so I go to this KFC and its atleast ten or fifteen mins out of my way because my pregnant girl friend just had to have it. So we got 2 meals with Mac and cheese and cookies she got tenders and I got popcorn chicken with a Mac and cheese and a extra cookie. I get home fifteen mins later to sit and eat my food and guess what I dont have any Mac and cheese and neither does my girl friend so I realize and call them and the manager tells me well you can come back and Ill give you some Mac and cheese. How about the chicken I have sitting at home is gunna get cold before I get to eat it. No thanx. So I tried one of the terrible potato wedges they gave me and decided to give them all to my dogs. So then I eat my chicken and go to get my cookie.....no effing cookie. Thank God my pregnant girl had hers because she would have went Hannibal lector crazy. Anyways point being the expo people there need to check the damn bag before they hand them to people. And dont cook the potato wedges into a shriveled French fry. Thanx

Horrible customer service at this location, all I wanted here was a chicken little, a doublicious, and an Arnold Palmer (half tea & half lemonade); well it turned out they apparently do not have doublicious sandwiches there, and yet the other KFCs in the area all do, so go figure that out; and when I asked for an Arnold Palmer they had no idea what I was talking about, yet at the other locations they understand and comply. Very rude cashier who had disrespected not only me, but my family as well with his attitude, unwelcoming facial expressions, and tone of voice that gave an impression like an "I really dont want to be here right now" type. One of the chicken littles I had ordered was very cold, almost like it was taken right out of the fridge, and the fries were incredibly greasy and soggy. Needless to say, not a pleasant experience, and I will not be returning to this location anytime soon!

Unfortunately, this one of the only KFCs left in Wilmington. On two occasions,the chicken was dry and tasted as if it has been cooked for sometime. Not to mention, I do not think they changed the oil in the fryer like they are supposed to...This place taste nothing like the KFC I remember- its really disgusting! On the last occasion, I observed two employees return to the kitchen, after smoking outside, and neither washed their hands. One of them proceeded to cough inside her hand, while she made the order. Gross!!! Needless to say, we left w/o placing an order. I no longer eat at KFC in the Wilmington area because I am afraid. :(

I love this KFC because they are typically quick, their location is convenient to the Silver Stream Rehabilitation home my mother is in and the price of their $5.00 fill up boxes cant be beat. My mom gets the 2 piece dark meat which comes with a side, a cookie and a soda. I get the Famous Bowl meal which is mashed potatoes and gravy with corn and several chicken tenders with a melted cheese topping! Yummy! I love it!! A cookie and a soda come with the bowl meal for $5.00 plus tax. The bowls come with a snap on lid which can be used over and over again. This location at Carolina Beach Road and Shipyard Blvd does it right!!

Horrible management. They screwed my order up, and after driving 20-25 minutes home, then driving 20-25 minutes back to the store, they basically told me that it was my fault for their screwup and would not honor my original order. They also told me that they were going to put my original order (chicken) that I returned for a partial fix back in the fryer to give to another customer - after 3 people fingered through it!

Asked for a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato no manoaze. They said the didnt carry lettuce or tomatoes. I said ok just NO Manoaze. I got my sandwich covered in Manoaze. If they cant understand something simple like no Manoaze can the under how to cook the chicken or how to clean there kitchen? Who know. Well if get food from here good luck.

Not rating the restaurant, just this website. The menu lists the items but doesnt mention portions or prices. Im trying to place a large order and dont want to have to call there and ask for this information when everyone here would rather look at a menu. Just stupid.

The one time I visited this location was at 9pm and they were out of, and had no plans to make more of, dark meat original recipe chicken, and all crispy chicken. Im sure their chicken is excellent--they just didnt have any they wanted to sell me.
