The service was superb at this establishment in the drive-thru. The food......well...... No extra crispy available when I came by (Monday, 6-23-14). No problemo, Ill take the original recipe. I thanked the incredibly friendly guy at the window and headed home. Okay, lets dig in! Well....... Have these chicken pieces been sitting under the heat lamp for 1/2 hour? The coating is not crispy, and the leg was a tad (AHEM! A LOT) on the dry side (is meat supposed to pull away from the bone?). Lets move on to the sides: Mashed potatoes: I never knew that mashed potatoes could be prepared in such a manner that to consume them would only require a straw (just a little on the soupy side). Mac and cheese: After a few bites, I realized that I had no idea what in the world I just ate due to the aftertaste I experienced; it was completely alien to me. I wish I could explain it (its quite difficult to explain the taste when the only word that pops up in your head is, "Plastic"). The biscuit was quite delicious, though!

I know this is a fast food chain but this place is downright pathetic. I went on a Sunday and pulled up to the drive thru at 10:37. This KFC opened at 10:30 but I was informed their computers were not up yet so they could not take my order. Im assuming they expected me to leave but I wasnt in the mood for another place. I pulled up to the window, handed them my card, and was told to pull forward. They did not hand me my card back and instead informed me they would bring it out with the order. Honestly whoever came up with that procedure needs to reeducated in food service. 15 minutes of waiting went by and I walked backed in to grab my card. The cashier asked if she could write my card number down to cancel the transaction..... I followed that up with a quick hell no and left. Maybe it is asking too much to have a restaurant functioning and serving food 7 minutes after opening..... They might want to rethink some store policies they have in place.

Okay food, but customer service is bad. I asked for dry coleslaw when I got home and checked it was anything but. When I called to complain, the manager THEN tells me that it is company policy not to serve dry coleslaw. After I told him that is ridiculous and that I didnt have a problem at any other KFC, he then tells me to come back to the store (in a snow storm) and he can make it dry for me. Rather than continue with this idiot, I asked for the district managers name and number. He replied by hanging up the phone. I wont be back for a minute. This meal was expensive, considering that I spend $25 on 12pc meal with an extra side. I could have used that money at Panera and more than likely received better food and service. Just make sure you check your bag before you leave.

Worst customer service. Weve come here several times and got the $20 fill up meal with the new Georgia gold chicken, but tonight when we ordered we were told we couldnt get the GG chicken with the fill up meal, but we could get the 8 pc meal. After I told the women (who said she was a manager) several times we have got it before and was never charged extra she then said they could do it, but it would cost extra for each piece of chicken since they are using a special sauce. To my surprise I was told it would be an additional $5 and told the women no thank you. Needless to say were never coming back due to the rudeness and inconsistency.

Horrible food. The breading of the Chicken and fish was incredibly salty and hard. The staff working there were very rude, bossy, and ill-tempered. I waited 20 MINUTES AT A FAST FOOD RESTURANT for a simple meal. The bathroom was also disgusting, with the hand dryer being broken, and the toilet constantly making a strange gurgling noise. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Also I felt as the staff there was being racist to all the non-African American customers. Worst Resturant Ive EVER eaten at, DONT come here ever -- I know I wont be again. This place is not finger lickin good, Its stomach twistin bad!

Atmosphere: The previous Long John Silers Seafood decoration is still inside and outside the place. Service: It is awful. The worker slammed every single door. Even its cabinet door. When the grill chicken is out, they are not going to cook anymore. Even customer said they will wait for few minutes. (It is 5:50 pm on a Saturday! Seriously?!) We also found the molt vinegar packs and Long John Silvers sauce packs. We are not sure it is KFC or Long John Silvers Seafood restaurant. Anyway, this place is awful. I would not recommend it at all!!

This was absolutely the WORST experience, both for food and for service; we will never go here to eat again. The employees were not friendly, and the food was mediocre (very greasy), at best. The hush puppies were hard and horrible. It also was pricey. I would rather pay more and get better food and service.... I would actually rather eat at McDonalds...at least you know what you are getting, and it usually tastes good!

This was the first time my family had ate at here and it will be our last. When we received our meal the chicken was greasy and hard. Also we had to wait 15 min to get our food. The staff also put two meals on one plate. A staff member was making out with his girlfriend with his had down her pants. This restaurant is ridiculous! !!!!

I tried to order a 12 pc all white bucket on thursday night at 8pm and was told that they didnt have a 12 pc all white bucket. Nothing was offered as a substitute not even the typical "it be 15 or 20 mins wait". I guess they were closed or they ran out of chicken. So I left! I will not return. Why be insulted just by ordering.

Their customer service thru drive thru is terrible. I went today. They rush you through because the 2 girls are to busy talking about their personal life. They have no greeting skills what so ever. They shut the window in your face when trying to ask for sauce. Talk about annoying.

Today I paid $27.31 for what I though was going to be 16 pieces of chicken only to get home and find out that the bucket had only 13 pieces. What a rip off. Are we to sit and paw through a greasy bucket of chicken and count the pieces before we leave the window?

The service is fast, and they are usually pleasant! The food is consistent and good. The biggest issue is getting in there- the parking lot is narrow, and you have to pull in and make a U-turn to access the drive-through.
