I love kfc but the staff needs some motivation for customer service. I said thank you twice bit once i got a reply back. Not to mention i asked for honey biscuit and they give me a regular biscuit with packages of honey.... they too lazy to make honey biscuits and thats the main after the chicken

Worst experience at a kfc ever. Orders a famous bowel. Friend behind me ordered one too and some one two orders after me ordered 2. They have there and are eating. Im still standing waiting. Then screw up my chicken lil for the 2nd time in a row. Cant do there jobs right.

Terrible customer service. Sat at drive thru speaker menu for 10 minutes. Waited in line to finally have to wait again for my food. The manager is incompetent and is not courtesy at all. Will drive 15 minutes to Irondequoit to PopEyes.

We walked into a loud staff argument going on behind the counter. It escalated to the point that one of staff quit and walked out. I should note that the manager did gave us a slight discount on our food price.

Always quick service extremely nice people I live closer to the KFC on Ridge Road ( rude) ..but choose to travel a couple miles further to this KFC because of the customer service being so much better!
