Its a Chick-fil-a... 9 times out of 10 its usually just what you expect it to be. Not bad odds. The staff is usually extremely nice and its almost like they are programmed to be- which is totally fine with me! There is nothing worse than poor customer service and you have obviously recognized this. Kudos. Ive only had one occasion ever at any chick-fil-a where the staff was truly rude, and it was at this very location. But only once. Ive never seen anything like it before...the locations in Wilmington are ALWAYS SUPER PACKED. I dont know how other fast food places make any money because literally everyone is at Chick-fil-a. No matter what time of the day you go, you will always be part of the line wrapped around the building. It is INSANE. You cannot even get to the door to go inside if you decline the drive-thru because of all of the cars wrapped twice around. 3 times that I chose to go inside I was almost run over trying to navigate the parking lot on foot. All for some chicken. Once we almost got backed in to, twice we almost got run over. Once I literally had to shove my 4 year old 5 feet out of the way of a car that almost ran us over, barely missing us. All of these cars in this tiny parking lot block visibility for everyone on the property. People are in a rush due to the wait. Its sooo dangerous and Chick-fil-a should feel absolutely responsible for this. Someone should do something about this before someone gets hurt. There should be a maximum lot capacity that shouldnt be exceeded for safety. They try to expedite the process by having someone stand in the drive-thru taking orders. It doesnt really speed things up but its a nice gesture. I just wish this company would take a hint and open up more locations. You desperately need them.You are obviously doing very well, are very popular here and if you dont care about the customer consider the fact that you could make even more money. Plus you could make your customers even happier if they didnt have to wait 15-20 minutes every time they want to eat here. I have to tell you, on the few occasions that my food was cold, it was even more infuriated considering the wait. Food should never be cold when you have a constant stream of waiting customers. But I guess when you are king of the fast food world you dont have to worry as much about what the customer thinks? You should know that you do indeed lose business because I personally know and have overheard many people who refuse to wait this long in a drive thru and just dont come.

Horrible customer service. Chick fil a drive through forgets to include nuggets in the "nugget kids meal". I call 5 min later to explain the situation and the manager politely takes down my name and tells me next time Im in to let them know and they would take care of it. I go back on 5/24 to place an order reminding them about the kids meal mishap and the very same manager tells me Im "out of luck" because my name is not in the system and continued to argue with me rather than make the situation right. I see a long future in management for this guy. I contacted the owner/operator - no response. I contacted "Chick fil a cares", the corporate customer service line - no response even though they promised to contact the owner/operator directly to handle the situation. Poor ownership = poor management = poor customer service For a company that supposedly prides itself on customer service and staying in touch with the local community this is an absolute embarrassment.

I had a very lovely time here. The staff were very friendly, and as always the food was brought out very quickly and very hot. I was able to laugh and joke around with some of the staff members and on my way out they gave me a coupon for a free meal and wished me a very merry Christmas! #ChikFilAlovin

Restaurant is okay. Food is good and restaurant is clean, but the employees are usually disinterested and take a long time to serve guests. Drive thru takes ten minutes or more every time you go no matter what time it is. I would recommend going to another Chick-fil-A in Wilmington.

Do not add cheese to the Chicken Minis. This will result in a 10 minute wait for your food. Then after waiting it looked like they threw the Chicken MInis in the box, shock it up 3 times and gave it to me. Back to Harris Teeter for there bacon, egg and cheese bagel for $1 less.

Coffee is expensive. I paid 3 times what I pay at any other fast food restaurant. There isnt a senior discount. When I went to get a refill the pot was empty and they asked if i still wanted it because it would take 5 minutes. That is a long time to brew a pot of coffee.

This was my first time being disappointed in Chick-fil-A. I order six sandwiches that were really undercooked. They became dogfood. This visit was horrible but every other has been awesome. I should give one star for this one but I love Chick fil a.
