Wish you would reconsider opening on the ridge&Hudson area,and west main Chili /West Ave areas as well. Hire those who can cook. Polite And Who can listen and get orders right the first time.. When it is A BBQ outing at the parks . or Festivals { Park Ave Festival Ext Ext .} you should also have a booth set up. It still are COUNTRY SWEET LOVERS Here in Rochester NY ,.. Now I cannot go far for that good tasting freshness.. I have to Buy Krispy Krunch Chicken And add Country sweet sauce to it . . Still not the same .. I also make a Country Sweet chicken Pizza . layered with A with low fat cheese add the cut up chicken fingers. Or ground beef onions spread the country sweet sauce on it . pop in oven Untill edge of crust is brown or to your desire . pull out let cool and serve with blue cheese sauce/dip. ... Advertise more . get the ball going agn WE COUNTRY SWEET LOVERS WANT TO SEE MORE OF YOU IN THE CITY ..

Been going to Monroe ave store for 30 yrs...now closed - went to Mt Hope store....filthy, long wait and a kitchen staff that actually said (twice) "people are assholes" when discussing a customer that had just left the store. Mac salad blew, wings were ok....There was a woman who ordered behind me who after 20 min asked "wheres my food".....the cook in the rear yelled "20 minutes more"....really WTF...This place breaks all of my money rules....You shouldnt have to work to spend money and you shouldnt spend it with people that arent appreciative of your business.....Never Again.....The only redeeming aspect were the two black men (one with a Jamaican accent and muscular one) who were polite despite the rest of the white trash staff

BELOW ONE "STAR". I drove in from Hilton, excited remembering this as my dying sisters favorite meal. In remembrance of her, I called in my order 10 minutes ahead of arrival. Due to the long drive back to Hilton, I requested the sauce "on the side". Well, the dinner was covered in sauce. Next, I waited 40 minutes for them to prepare another "10 minute" fish fry. I watched people come and go, orders be managed. After 40 minutes, I was presented with a fish dinner 1/2 the size of the original dinner, over cooked, and with a weird 1/3 of a piece of fish thrown on the top which came with another unknown food substance. Punish the customer for complaining and returning the wrongly prepared dinnee . NEVER AGAIN!

Went in ordered over the phone for a dinner and was told 10 min so I get there 20 min later just to find out its still not ready so Im told just a few more min Im patient stood there after already paying almost $30 for 10 min before going to gas station to go back Inside ten min to be told the order never went through an hour wasted. They said can you wait 6 more min I say yes give the order all back to them clearly and the other young girl employee gets mad she couldnt read the writing and ask for me to repeat the order at that point I just wanted a refund. Used to love coming to this place for two years but the portions are getting smaller and the customer service is getting shittier every week.

Just had a similar experience to "First". I have been going to this location every month for years. Walked in today and was assulted with three women workers who would rather gossip than wait on customers. There were four customers, and the three staff made more noise than anyone could stand. Dropping F-bombs, telling each other to shut up - just loud and obnoxious. Bring back the short blonde hair guy who managed the store. He understood customer service and being quiet. Get rid of the immature staff. I love this place, and now realize why the other two locations may have closed. Customer service, customer service, customer service. Cant believe how far it has fallen in a month...

Let me begin by saying I still like the food here better than KFC; I enjoy the sauce, it is still pretty special. The price of wings generally went through the roof; the price of wings here went through the roof, the size of the wings shrunk, its not the same. They dont taste the same either. They changed the ribs to baby back; they claim to serve the ribs by weight, but the portion is less than a third of what it was a year ago for the same or higher price. Of course, none of this is "good" for you, so maybe smaller portions is actually healthier/better, if not financially pleasing. The folks working there are folksy, surly, scary - yes. Its not what it was. But it is still special.

Well let me start off their employees are very rude I sent my 12 year old daughter in to pick up the order the 2 ladys at the Counter Pointing at her and talking about her, so I went in and confronted them of course they said nothing happened boy was I pissed off...but let me get to the food I ordered 10 meal well done it was covered in so much sauce and Soggy the sweet potato fries was covered in the sauce also soggy not the place I remember growing up on lake av...i will never go back !!!

I called my order ahead, a few minutes later I arrived at the restaurant and apparently the cashier "forgot" to send the order to be cooked. Which was fine, mistakes happen, but when I received my order, my tenders were pounded out so thin, over-breaded and over-cooked. It was like eating breaded jerky.. Very disappointed with the food and service. I always recommend Country Sweet, but their quality is quickly decreasing. Please go back to the way it always has been.

I always loved them as a kid but last night I when in after being on hold for 27 mins I got a 20 piece with a side order of a small fries in a 10 piece snack pack with double mac The chicken was disgusting hardly had any sauce on it the fries were hard !! The mac even had a funny taste to it .it was disgusting I called them back but the girl put me on hold by this time Im already pissed off Im not going back $40 down the drain

Girl behind the counter doesnt know how to listen when orders being place. Had to pay twice for 2 sides of ranch. Then got home to a philly steak sub with covered in counrty sweet when i asked of only cheese and mayo. When i called to complain i got hing up on by the girl who place the order. Then when i called back and asked for the manager or owner i got aditude from the manager for being mad that my food was wrong.

I was very disappointed in service my last 2 visit. I had a 40 min wait after calling the first time and they forgot my wedges. today I went ordered and 40 mins later still no food just workers cursing, manager not able to attend to my complaints..smoking. no food ready yet.CRAZY had to get my money and leave I was to disappointed and in pain. REALLY terrible. :)

NEVER AGAIN. We called in our order. When we arrived, our order was ready for pickup but we were told to wait in the ordering line. That line was out the door! What a joke! And after driving cross town! We walked out. NEVER AGAIN.
