여기는 한국인 또한 주 고객중 한명이라고 생각하여 한국어로 리뷰 작성합니다. 이름은 잘 기억이 나지 않으나 댕기머리로 머리를 땋은 여자가 저희 주문을 맡았습니다. 저희는 4명이서 한 그룹으로 가서 치킨, 불닭, 떡꼬치를 시켰는데 앞접시를 두개만 놓고 그냥 가더군요. 그래서 주문한 음식 놓으러 온 김에 이야기 해서 앞접시 좀 더 주실래요? 라고 이야기 하니까 대꾸도 없이 하나만 살짝 던지듯이 놓고 가버리더군요 기분이 좀 상하긴 했으나 뭐 어떻게 사람이 맨날 일하기 좋을수 있겠나 싶어서 넘어가려고 했습니다. 그런데 그렇게 던져놓고 같이 알바하는 애들끼리 이야기하고 노느라고 음식도 늦게 나오고, 손님대응도 안해주고, 중간중간 필요한것 없냐고 체크하러 온적 한번도 없네요. 그래서 저희 중 한명은 떡꼬치 다 먹고 그 빈그릇을 앞접시 삼아 쓰고 게다가 매운것 잘 못먹는데 불닭때문에 땀 뻘뻘 흘려도 포크 감싼 휴지 쓰면서 먹었네요 이건 이 직원의 문제이기도 하지만 이런 상황에 직원 관리가 안되는것도 실망이 큽니다. 제가 앞장서서 여기로 가자고 하진 않겠지만 그룹의 분위기가 다시 이곳으로 가자고 해서 이끌려 오게 되었을때 전혀 바뀐것이 없어 보이면 이제 영어로 리뷰 하나 더 작성하렵니다. 요약 - 4명이서 갔는데 댕기머리한 알바가 앞접시 2개만 주고 앞접시 더 달라니까 하나만 던지듯이 주고 쌩까고 알바들끼리 장난치느라 손님대응따위 없었음 앞접시 없는 한명 엄청 불편하게 먹음 담에 와도 개선사항 없으면 영어로도 리뷰 작성할것임.

I like to think of myself as a fried chicken connoisseur. Who wouldnt? Chicken is great, but when its fried, it becomes a whole other beast. Point being when I want to eat fried chicken only the best will satisfy my picky palate. Only the best, like the wings made at BonChon. You start your meal by picking your choice of chicken. They have drums, wings, and strips, or you can be indecisive and choose a combo. Then choose your sauce; Soy Garlic or Hot sauce or again indecisive rules with a combo of both. Choose your size, now you just sit back, grab a beer and wait. They fry the chicken to order which means when it finally comes to your table its piping hot with a small side of pickled radish to cleanse the palate. Describing the taste is hard. The chicken is hot, meaty, juicy, and oh so flavorful. No matter which sauce you choose you wont be disappointed. My personal favorite is soy garlic but get what speaks to your heart. Its AMAZING paired with a huge tumbler of Sapporo. Ive never had any issues with the staff at this location. They bring me hot chicken and Im happy to stay well beyond whats considered reasonable. In conclusion this is the perfect meet up spot for a group of friends. Share an Xtra lg chicken combo, get you some drinks and let the good times roll. You will not be disappointed, thats a fried chicken connoisseur guarantee.

If I could give this a big fat zero, I would. This wasnt the first time I had ever been to a BonChon, so I was completely shocked at how terrible the service was. First off, we never got our food after waiting at least 45 minutes before cancelling our order. For your awareness, we had two lunch special chicken orders and an order of the takoyaki (fried octopus balls) for our appetizer. Our chicken orders consisted of an 8-piece order with steamed rice and another order of 4 drumsticks with the kimchi slaw. I dont understand how it would take nearly an hour to prepare such a small order. We never even got the takoyaki balls! The other tables in that ordered before us had relatively small orders as well. Also, the wait staff is EXTREMELY in attentive. At one point, 90% of the wait staff disappeared and couldnt be found. At other times, they were fixated on the TV and customers were waving at them for at least a minute before they realized someone was calling them over. If you have time to waste and are fine with being ignored, then feel free to go here. If not, steer clear of this BonChon.

Was not happy with the customer service. I arrived there about 10:05 pm. I stated I wanted take out. The two cashiers looked at each other and then at a guy on the other end of the counter. I asked was there a problem? It took a min then they said something amongst themselves. Then one says we are about to close. I said the sign out front and their web page said 11. Then the worker says well thats for dine in I said ok then Ill dine in. She says well thats if youre here before 10 but ok you can order. As Im about to put in my order she says oh were only selling chicken wings and nothing else. I laughed and said ok Ill just get wings. Now she says it will take 25 mins. I said fine Ill wait. My food came out in 8 mind. I kind of got the feeling after all of these that since I wasnt wasnt Asian I really wasnt welcomed there. Ill be sure to share this info with all my friends of their poor customer service. Went directly across the street at the Korean Bakery afterwards and received a very pleasant and welcoming customer service. No discrimination there.

Ive been trying to break away from eating chicken or meat in general as it really isnt healthy. However, my sister and cousin were hungry and I was too and we decided to try BonChon out for the night. Im by no means a picky eater especially when Im starving but I try to eat healthy and organic when Im able to. The wings were great in my opinion however the waitress we had serving us was rude and wasnt really "serving" us at all unless we made a constant effort to get her attention although she wasnt really busy as there werent many other tables occupied. It didnt get really bad until I had asked her for a fork for my 7 year-old cousin who was having trouble eating with the chopsticks provided and she literally just tossed the fork on the bare table at us which was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Aside from the lackluster service from this specific waitress we are deciding on going tonight and hope that we receive better service. Ill be back on here for another review.

A lounge-like atmosphere, but sports-bar-like TVs, and no liquor license. Attractive all-female staff are responsive and full of smiles. Its the best fried-chicken Ive had in a restaurant, though the highish prices also reflect that quality. Cooked from scratch means waiting 30 minutes from the time you place your order. We also tried the edamame and kimchi coleslaw, both were decent though the Chicken was the star of the show. On a football-season Sunday, 3 large flat-panels and a whole-wall projector were going, making it feel like a sports bar. Im not sure if its always like that, but all that was excessive enough for me to dock 1 star-- there are plenty of sports bars out there already, and this location did not have any spots that were isolated or facing away from the TV spectacle. Theres bar, booth, table, high-table, and bench/table seating. For those familiar with the area, its immediately next door to Serafinos. Well definitely be back, although probably for carryout.

I give 5 stars get sparingly but this place goes above and beyond in every respect for what it is. They have two sauces, tasty hot as hell, and delicious garlic. If you dont like it then gtfo. I love a place that is so confident in its food to not feel pressured to offer 25 sauces and food from 10 different regions across the world to cover their bases. My first time there I was encouraged to get the chicken strips and wontons and to be honest in the 10 times Ive been there since, I havent strayed. The chicken strips are pretty big and definitely delicious. Aside from that, all of the servers are amazing and extremely kind. If you need something changed or want some more of whatever, they are always quick to help. All in all this place is amazing and if it wasnt about to be beach season, I would be there every week. Definitely give it a try if you havent already.
