Been here probably 200+ times with family, friends, coworkers, etc. Last night me and two friends went in during dinner rush and we all had a normal Plaza dinner. Food was good, service was not the best. When we asked for more chips, our waiter nervously laughed and said that it would be an additional $4.50. He said they just started doing it, but couldnt show me anywhere it said that. Not funny & very unprofessional. Then we get our bill and they include 20% gratuity for a party of 3 ....... I had never seen that before, and asked the waiter to explain, but he started giving me the same nervous giddy answer saying that they just started doing this. I then spoke to the manager/owner of the restaurant and he without any hesitation bantantly told me that my friends and I LOOKED like some guests he had previously that did not tip. It really offended me because the last time I was there I was with my mother! We tipped, we always tip!!! Thats how the people make their living! It was rude for the manager to profile us, then instruct his staff to lie to us telling us this is normal. Its not. All because we looked like some people who didnt tip... Any business owner should know that customers can have a great experience 100s of time like me ... but it only takes one negative one. The negative expericenes are much more talked about by customers. Theyre the ones we tell our friends about.

Walking in they are nice and everything but there are some problems. The food was fine but the almost all of my onions in my shrimp fajitas were burned!! Plus there wasnt a lot of veggies with the shrimp at all, so that was a bummer. Another issue was at the other plazas I go to I never ever get charged for a less than a 1/4 scoop of sour cream! They charged me $1.00 for that... come on!! And then they charged me for more tortilla while Im still eating. Never got charged for that ever! The other places tell me if there are charges on things but this one didnt, not at all until the bill came I found out! I went and asked about it and the manager didnt even care and wouldnt do anything about it after I explained everything. So first time at this one since they opened and now NEVER GOING BACK! Dont go here if you dont want to get extra charged or have barely any food with a manger that didnt care...

Excellent Service! I was pleasantly surpirsed as I expected more of a Taco Bell feel, and instead, received an almost living in Mexico Feel. Ordered Guacamole, and instead of just bringing us a little serving, they brought us, a Waiter, and a table, with all the mixins, and made it right in front of us. FABULOUS Touch! Certain nights they have Karaoke, or A singer for our entertainment, which makes this an actual party place however, separate from the actual Restaurant. So,If youre looking for a party, go to the bar end of the restaurant. If youre looking for a night out, go to the diner area. The manager Martin, Stops at nothing to meet whatever your needs may be. I in particular, had an issue with a customer, and he told me hed take care of it, and he did, professionally. Very excited to return. Very excited to return.

We had a large group that notified the restaurant two weeks in advance we would be there for a retirement party. The management assigned one new waitress for all. After waiting 30 minutes the manager was approached several times and asked to get some help for the waitress and responded she was doing all she could do. The management could not have handle the situation any worse if he tried. He acted as if didnt care if we stayed or left. It took over an hour and 20 minutes before everyone was served. No refills were ever offered for our drinks. My meal was not correct when it came out and was never corrected. The manager disappeared in the back never to return. I have eaten at Plaza for many years but this sadly will be the last time I eat there.

Greatest show on Earth, 1st off, Ima fatboy, I know good food lol, an Plaza hold it down every time. Ive honestly never had a bad meal from them, Ive never been to Mexico neither so I cant compare to the real but the food always comes out fast, piping hot, very good, large portions at great prices and Im full everytime, might be the unlimited Salsa and chips which Is also the best Salsa Ive had, Store bought doesnt compare, My server is always cool and my drink stays full so no complaints from me, anybody giving a bad review must have just had a Bay Day prior to coming or they mouth clearly broke. 5*s

First impression was not great. The hostess (though rather tall and good looking) who seated us had a very sour frown like she did not want to be there at all. The service was generally OK, as it was a busy Saturday Night. They had Karaoke in the Bar, and the entire restaurant was quite crowded. The best part of the evening was the food, and an interesting collection of very talented Karaoke singers - at least what we heard from our vantage point, not being in the bar area itself. All in all, pretty good. Just train the hostess to smile.

I went to this restaurant on Monday, April 25, 2016. After I received my order, the manager decided to hold a meeting with his employees right next to my booth. At first I tried to ignore him, but he kept getting louder. Finally, I asked him to hold his meeting somewhere else. He got belligerent and so did I and he told me to leave, which I did, and not to come back, which I probably wont. I had frequented this restaurant several times before and never had a problem. The food and the servers are good. They need a new manager.

I ordered take-out. After I drove home, I discovered that I had only 1/2 of the normal portion of meat. I called and the manager laughed and told me that they weigh it all. He then said that he would refund my money if I drove back and returned it. I will not drive 20 minutes at 6:30pm to return half of a meal. This meal usually serves 2. I get great service at the restaurant on Route 17 in Yorktown. I would NEVER go back to this awful restaurant!!!

Wish I had gone to Taco Bell. Ordered a featured item from their menu... I wish it was just a cheap frozen dish they had served me, rather than the stale, dry, and overdone garbage they brought. Literally felt sick afterwards. Waiter was not nice and made us feel uneasy. He also screwed up my change. My wifes food was just okay, but nothing better than you can get at Taco Bell. tl;dr dont go here. Its worse than "just okay." Its straight up bad.

We checked the sign outside the door for hours and it said they closed at 10pm. It was 9:20pm. We walked in and the guy said "We Closed"....my boyfriend said "You closed 40 mins early before your closed time?"....the guy said "Yes"....no apology...so we just went to Juans off Bland blvd and spent our money there. Juans was awesome, and Ill probably never go to that plaza. We just moved to that neighborhood too and were excited to go there.
