Let me first start by saying I am in Sales and sometimes getting out of work on time is not the easiest thing for me to do. I placed an online order and set the pick up time to be at 8 pm this one night. By the time I left work that night it was already 8:30 PM. I am expecting my first child to be born in January and I am not really allowed to be eating food that has been sitting out for long periods of time or is premade. Their employee Kaitlyn not only was nice enough to make my meal over again for me; She didnt even charge me for the order to be remade. (Which I was totally willing to pay for.) This was by far the best Chipotle experience that I have ever had. Kaitlyn is a great employee for the Chipotle brand to have. Hopefully with this post she can be rewarded.

Dont bother ordering online. I ordered online and waited 20min past my pick up time to get my food. Mind you, the store wasnt busy at all. Didnt even get a receipt. All I got for my inconvenience was a BOGO card. As someone who has worked in the food industry as employee and as a manager, and works in the customer service industry, this is unacceptable. Ill drive further to another location rather than this one. Never again.

They re-use dirty gloves, pick their nose with gloves on and then use it to serve patients. Counter top is always dirty and that does not stop them from picking crumbs from the dirty counter top back into your food. The same gloves used in clearing the dirty counter is used to handle food. Extremely unhygienic. Always talking and spitting into food. had a watery doo-doo

I was in the mood for good tacos, and my favorite place, Senor Taco, is no longer in business, so I thought Id give this chain a shot. The tacos were nearly as good as Senor Tacos were, and satisfied my craving. The atmosphere was very industrial, kinda neat. The only thing I didnt like was that the chairs were flat plywood, and very narrow.

Its no different than any other Chipotle and you either love it, or dont really like it at all. I love it. Fresh made food, limited menu, served quickly and youre in complete control. Space is a bit limited, tough to get a seat during normal meal times.

The customer service at this place is absolutely horrendous. The staff is very unprofessional, and very impatient with the customers. There are a lot of young people there, and the staff need some serious training.

Usually has a line out the door and filled with college kids, but when its raining out lines are not long steak bowls are delicious and service was fast! Finally an a great visit with no waiting!

Quick and healthy. I always get the sofritas bowl (tofu). Family likes the chicken, carnitas (pork), and barbacoa. Just not the regular steak...too tough. My favorite lunch spot!

This is the best food Ive ever had, everything is so fresh! Never tasted anything like it, the chicken is amazing, love the chips and salsa or guac. I could eat there everyday.
