Wonderful experience at my first trip to Qdoba. I havent gone to this location yet,but I will very soon. Ive tried to make myself like Choptle, nope. I overlooked this little tasty wonder because I thought it was just like it. I got the nacho lime chicken bowl with queso cheese and it was heaven in a bite. Oook, Ill have to drive to another location. I recently went to this location as soon as they opened. I was in the area and wanted some chips and cheese. Ive gone to qdoba several times now and I always order chips & queso. I didnt really bother to look because they always fill my bag of chips to the top. I didnt realize when I got home my bag was a little less than half full. I stated I arrived as soon as they opened because i was in the area. I wouldve thought the food wouldve been hotter than it was..idk. I just say this because the other locations have always had everything HOT. Ive received my bag filled to the top. No skin off their backs but... CHIPOTLE is opening across the street soon. Make sure your food is hot and customers get the correct serving. **The Boston street location and location near Towson Town Place foods always hot. Their chips have a nice lime flavor you can really taste too, I didnt get that from the Nottingham location.

Very disappointing, Came in at 12:03 pm, prime lunch rush stood in line for over 20 min, only one young lady working the grill or food prep who obviously couldnt care less, worked so slow had her hair "blown out" no hair net on, the young lady adding the toppings was nice, but messed up the order and what I wanted taco wise. The cashier trying to manage the lady adding the toppings, then followed up with did anyone tell you that the price has been raised on the "pick 2 combo" my answer is no, but Ive stood here long enough, would I say no at this point? New pricing not advertised you find out at the end, workers were slow, and couldnt care. Took my entire lunch break to eat a sloppy taco that was made incorrectly.

I love Qdoba, but this one is bad. Ive been to a bunch of Qdobas and visit another one almost weekly. The four or five times I have been to this one there have always been problems. Even when it isnt busy, they are slow. They ran out of steak and queso on another visit and werent going to have any for at least 10-15 minutes because they hadnt even started making any before they ran out. The burritos are always small. The last visit the Coke machine had a backed up drain and was leaking water all over the floor.

Just left here about an hour ago....I usually have a great experience here but today there was new staff. First off I came here with my bf we both got a bowl with brown rice and a order of chips and queso. This turned out to be a bad experience because our brown rice had pieces of hard rice throughout it, rock hard too! Then the chips we had were too stale to eat we threw most of our rice and the stale chips out and left! This place is going down hill we have been coming here for years!

I love this location, The servers are the nicest and they make a great burrito! I wish that the new location in Canton was the same, but they are not. They are alot more chinsey with the meat,with everything really . It tastes like a bean burrito when you eat it, this is not great... They also rush you even when there is no one behind you. The Canton location is closer to where I live but alot of times I will go out to White Marsh instead because it is such a better Qdoba!!

BIG Nono freaking all these people working there with nothing to cover their hair with leaning over the food Im sure many orders have hair in them! Dont want your peoples hair or anyones hair in my food. Some with attitude, like the door is right there if youre not happy working. 05/19/17 at 715pm or so. Not fond of this crew, very disrespectful and you have to ask for more of the portions bc they are being stingy

Very poorly run location. Food used to be so good and service too. I come here all the time. This location used to have good managers that kept line moving. Mostly young kids work here now. Even during lunch rush extremely slow and disorganized. Qdoba should have a section that makes strictly carry out orders especially during lunch because they really bog down line. Very sad. So much potential.

Ordered the Bohemian Veg tacos without cheese, they put cheese on them, when I asked them to remake it because Im allergic to dairy, the girl sighed, threw them in the trash and remade them whilst scowling. They didnt put guacamole on them either. They were extremely slow, and had no enthusiasm whatsoever. Probably some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Service was absolutely awful. A bunch of kids who dont care. No management around. Waited 30min just for them to cook steak. They were rude. I will never eat at qudoba again. This place cant hold a candle to chipotle especially when it comes to servicing customers efficient. You guys need to get it together or chipotle will run you down.

Really good queso! The line is never too long and their service is up to par. Tables are always clean and stations are stocked up. There was only one time when they were out of soda flavors, but that was more of an electrical issue because of a storm. Highly recommend this location if you want a good Qdoba experience.

Ordered 2 vegetarian bowls which when we arrived home realized both had pieces of chicken either from the rice or beans that we added to the bowls. Ordered in person and saw they didnt add it. Their just all around sloppy. Management should really step up at this location.

Terrible location. Run by a bunch of ungrateful, complaining teenagers. The service was abysmally slow and the restaurant wasnt even clean. The work area behind the glass was also dirty and hard to look at. Save yourself and just go to the Chipotle across the street.

Always fast service and good food. I feel the menu is rather simple, with not many options, but then that helps keep the service fast I suppose. This location does have a Coke Freestyle machine, which is a big plus.

The people making your food dont care how they make it and they also dont speak English at all. The employees are extremely rude for no reason i honestly dont even know how they keep their jobs. Worst Qdoba ever.

i like this way better then Chipotle the food here is not spicy and the staff is much more friendly and they also dont care about all that organic crap either. I go here at least once a week!!

Service was decent, and food was okay. However the restaurant was disgusting. Floors were filthy and tables nasty as well. Overall experience as okay, will not be returning.
