I ordered online after getting some gift cards for Christmas and when I arrived I saw another gentleman walking in at the same time and he said at the back of the line I walked up to the pickup counter and the girl said that the food would be right up and my pick up time was for 2:15 I didnt end up getting my food until 2:30 and the gentleman who had walked in at the same time as me placing a regular order got his food and was walking out at the same time I was if that wasnt bad enough having to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my food that should have been ready when I got home and we check the food the food was all cold so we had to reheat it all in the microwave my little brothers tacos when he got three tacos two of the tacos only had two pieces of chicken on them and the rest was all rice. The lettuce on all the foot was old and wilted, Ill probably never go back this chipotle, if I ever go to another one. What a joke of an organization. Edit: Gave them a 2nd chance and they knocked it out the park was in an out in under 3 minutes all smiles behind the counter.

08282016 purchased tree (3) bowls. I asked for sides for all three (3) on the side. I got home to discover that all three bowls looked like they were fix for a one (1) year old. I also had one (1) cheese; one (1) sour cream; one (1) mild. So lets be sure we are on the same page. I was afforded one (1) side for all three (3) bowls to share. Worst of all, I did not get corn or mild sauce. The corn is the entire reason why you go to Chipotle. I called back to explain that I was disappointed with my meal. The gentleman on the other end of the phone asked me how he was supposed to know I wanted sides for all three (3) bowls vs for one (1) bowl. I was so discombobulated by the question. This is the last straw. This establishment is nothing like the White Marsh location and or the Pratt Street location. It is poorly managed. The customer service is absent. Would rather it close!!!

I went today to get a regular bowl, I asked for lettuce but I never seen her put in in the bowl. So I asked her, " did you include lettuce?" She instantly froze but proceeded to say yes. In my head Im thinking she either A. Didnt put none at all or B. Put the lightest amount invented. Well before I got to ring out she offered more lettuce so in my head she messed up . Once I get home I come to realize that my bow had like 4 PIECES OR LETTUCE ON IT. I wish you can include pictures because I defenitely would DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE

My experience today is much like ones Ive had in the past I get to your Chipotle location hoping to eat dinner to be confronted with a sign saying once again you are out of food your locations inability to keep proper inventory has once again affected my ability to eat at your location so I find myself a few miles up the street at Chipotle Whitemarsh where they have no chips I am growing impatient with your lack of management and disregard for the customer experience

Service is VERY VERY slow. The brown rice is always hard. The avocados in the guacamole are hardly ever mashed all the way leaving big chunks. There is a girl with dreads and she does not listen to the toppings you want and decides to put her own toppings on your food. I told her 3 times I didnt want what she decided to put on and she total disregarded what I was saying, she always did it to a friend of mine on a separate occasion. This Chipolte is by far the worst.

Food quality is great. But the service is horrible. I used to come 2-4 times a week. Now I only come maybe 3 times a month. They is run out of steak, rice, and other normal menu items. Its just really poor leadership. They have enough staff but you see some people standing around. while others are busting their assess. Chipotle prides them selves on the quality of the food. But the service is just as important.

Only 5 stars so my comment would be seen , in reality it was the worst experience of my life , this chipotle never has any food ready , always have to wait 10 minutes for steak. The manager is rude an stingy , barly puts anything on the bowl always have to ask for more , dont waste your time here go to the one in Canton they even know my name there an exactly what I want thats good customer service.

Food is great! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because every once in a while the employees get your order wrong and they are always talking with other employees unless the manager is there. My dad has had bad luck there but for me and my mom, we have has great experiences. The line is a bit long but its exceptional since the food is good and all places with good food have lines!!

Stale Chips And The Fajita Was Burned. Ive Been Going To Chipotle Since They First Opened Up Back In 2008 In Ohio And This Place Is Really Making Chipotles Look Bad. Luckily I Do Know The Normal Standard And This Location Is Missing If By Far; Far With That Being Said We Will Just Scratch This Location And Go To Another Chain. Never Had This Problem Ever.

I dont eat here often, not for a lack of wanting to, I dont have the time to travel or the money for the food but today I just felt like the cashier was irritated with my presence and she basically threw my money in my hand and didnt even greet me. The food was pretty bland and didnt taste fresh at all. Might not return to this location

People dont realize that chipotle is a place that serves healthy local sourced food quickly and at a very reasonable price. The line can be about a 10 minute wait at busy times, but it is always worth it. The staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. My goto spot when Im in the area.

Well i gave them a chance after all the bad press and get RAW pink translucent chewy chicken disgusting really WTF so mad I cant believe it I figured now would be the safest time with them taken extra precaution ughhhhhh oh and I cant even find a corporate email to complain to good job

I went there this afternoon and the service was fast but the taco I had the rice was half cooked so it was like having little bones in my food it was gross! I was so sad I have been craving Chipotle all week and I am very disappointed!

Its what you know and love, just dont order online. I did and I felt like they were giving me less in portion size than normal. Sure enough, 3 out of the 4 bowls I ordered were smaller. So go in person, and watch them make it.

I love chipotle but this location is not up to par...slow service, under cooked rice(brown) and the burrito was something that looked like something from taco bell, size wise!!!! D.C and V.A restaurants are way better
