I went to order they said they didnt have the chicken I wanted, they said they could give me a mix but I said I didnt like the original breaded they had. I would have waited for the next batch of chicken to come out but that wasnt a option. Then I changed my order and the cashier seemed irritated with me, I will not be going back anytime soon.Plus some of my tenders were under cook so I had to recook my dinner. Not happy with dinner choice!

Went there one night, asked for an 8 piece bucket meal, w/popcorn chicken. they didnt have any mashed potatoes, offered me two sides of wedges which then they didnt have them and would have to wait. What they were serving in the bucket were disgusting looking chicken and the popcorn chicken was mostly breaded bits from the breading they use, no actual meat at that point I asked for my money back and never came back. It is horrible service.

Drive through quick, helpful and correct. Even corrected error from previous order about 3 weeks ago. Tonights $20 fill up had good chicken pieces, more plump, tender and just moist enough, not wet or soggy. The seasoning was smooth on original. Seemed fresher. Biscuits seemed more tender and fresh. Not sure.fresh. Not sure if they got new equipment or new supplies, but the food was much better.

My mother had to wait extra time for my brothers chicken sandwich. She told them multiple times to make sure there is nothing but the chicken on his chicken sandwich. They still put mayo and pickles on the sandwich in the end. Needless to say that Ido not approve. We also got popcorn chicken and some other stuff, but that still wasnt the greatest.

TERRIBLE customer service! I was rushed to make an order and then frightening women working as the cashier through drive through seemed like she wanted to have a physical altercation! Very filthy facility and 0 personal hygiene Never going there again..GROSSSSS

First of all if youre working with Food you should be clean. The woman who handed me my food had so much dirt under her fingernails it was disgusting. Made me not even want to eat the overpriced food I just paid for.

Waited 40 minutes for food they kept "forgetting " to cook. Several families were served their food immediately after ordering while my order was ignored. I got a refund and left.
