Every time I visit the service is slow. Every time I visit they are out of dip. Every time I visit the line is very long. The line isnt long because of of the volume, it is long because the employees move at the slowest pace I have ever seen. It takes 10 min to order and 20 min to get your food. They dont even apologize for the 20 min wait times. One time I was there from 830pm to 910pm just to order out. You would have thought I would have got my food and ate it in the dining area in the amount of time it took just to order and receive my food. How are you out of dipping sauce every time I come to this location? Ohhh I know the answer..BAD MANAGEMENT!! Slum management is the same reason the employees slum at their job and dont care if they do. If you are in any type of rush or you expect some sort of good service, dont go to this popeys. Dont you do it!!!

I have now tried to have Katrina, manager, at Popeyes in Mitchellvile to cater Saturday lunch for my employees ( 30 people) and send an employee to pick up from them since they wouldnt deliver. Promised be ready by 12pm and lunch was finally ready at 1:24pm. The order was totally screwed up from what was agreed upon then they didnt send plates or utencils to eat on and with. I call back to talk to Katrina and she says " Sorry and I dont have anybody to send with it "...that was ALL she said...did NOT even try to fix it.. Katrina, this is on you and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!

I never write reviews, but I am so upset with my experience at this location. I waited 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, and then recieved poor service. It took the girl 20 minutes to get the chicken thats waiting for her on the trays. After getting my food, I reported that there was no sweet and tea left and NO ACTION was taken. Poorly managed, poor employees. A change needs to be made.
