Food is almost always good in Feather n Fin. Thats why I eat at the various locations frequently. This morning I was working in Suffolk so thought about the Washington location. Looked at my clock, seen it was only 940. But the google listing said the restaurant was open 24 hrs, which I knew couldnt be right. Decided to ride pass. Seen the "Open" light was lit up. Didnt want to look foolish so I called. A woman answered the phone. I asked if they were open. She respond "no we are not open". I said okay and asked what time they opened. She said, "Its a sign out there! It says we open at ten oclock" Needless to go into the specific inappropriateness of this particular worker. Ill just say most of these small African American establishments are 5 star places with great food. The employees and their lack of customer service and people skills will bring them down every time. One other reviewer said how FnFs chicken fillet is so much better than Chic fil a. Does it matter if you cant stand the taste of the person serving it to you.

Service was slow and workers lacked personality and customer service. We waited 30 min to receive food that was incorrect and when it was taken back no one apologized. When we asked for our money back they argued over the process then proceeded to ask for the drink back as well since we wanted a refund. How unprofessional can an establishment be..... This one takes the cake!!

Poor Service...called and place an order 20 minutes ahead so I can be in and out. When I arrived my order was not placed because they want payment first...so another 20 minutes wait as soon as payment was accepted....Chicken is pretty much compared to Farm Fresh Fried chicken.

Feathers an fin is not like it use to be all kind of nasty people work there people are getting sick from their food and i think its because of those nasty hands on that raw meat i could say more negative but i will stop here and say i havent ate there in like 5 years

Shrimp was small all you could taste was burned oil. Fries had no flavor. Gizzards were good tasty flavor. Employees did not bother to add napkins nor plastic wear nor ketchup ..made me feel like i bothered them cause i needed napkins, ketchup My order was to go..

The food is cooked to order . This is a good. A+ In the wait time. I was sitting outside someone came begging for food. Then he went inside and begged some more. Those of you who do not know the area it is ghetto. The overall service was good. The food was ok.

Feather-N-Fin saved my life, my sugar was low and i went and got a boneless breast sandwich combo and a piece of pie and felt so much better afterwards Thank you for being there feather-n-fin!!

The food is always good as long as you have time to wait because service is very slow and not always the best customer service, but everything I tried on the menu was great.

Got a fish dinner with potato salad & greens. Fish and Hush Puppies tasty. Potatoes a little hard, didnt like the flavor of greens. Good service, clean building.
