Everytime we go they mess up our order, last time we ordered Mac and cheese (its a taco Bell and KFC in one) and a chicken crunch wrap. We got just a beef crunch wrap. I got that corrected and didnt even realize we were missing the Mac until we got home. Very frustrating when Its wrong every time. Another time I asked for ranch at the window and the woman thought I was asking about her rash. Which was gross (I dont think she actually had a rash but she thought I was asking her that) and seemed like she would realize she misheard me, but asked three times and just ended up leaving.

This place has horrible customer service, rude manager, and bad food! I waited until 2 to order off happy hour menu and then the girl rang me up @ full price anyways. The guy in line behind me waited while the girl on the register stood by the counter waited for my order, had to tell her that guy still needed to order, then they tried to give me his food while mine sat at the counter. When I complained the manager yelled at the cashier to give me my money back for the items I was charged full price for. I felt bad for the cashier who was obviously new and just walked away.

I had to leave another KFC because they didnt have what I wanted...chicken potpie. I got two of the Fill-Up Deals with the Chicken Potpie, and I have yet to see what a cookie looks like from your establishment. I generally tend to shun this location because the service is super ghetto and three times as slow. This is a business, and the employees act more like its a school at recess. Its unprofessional and appalling. I dont know how the location has lasted so long.

I like this KFC bc it also is a Taco Bell I always get my order taken fast, but usually have to wait average 10-15 minutes for my single no-special-request food order, when I go inside. Drive thru is usually fast. I usually like to dine inside bc it is always clean every time Ive visited. Most importantly, waiting is worth it. Food order is always done right, hot. and always tastes great.

I ordered from tacobell. 2 apple empanadas and it had KFC fried chicken feathers in it. Apparently they used the same grease to fry the empanadas that they used for chicken.. It was disgusting and very greasy.

This place is filthy, everyone is rude, the food is horrible, Im surprised i didnt get sick. Do not eat here for any reason, i got lucky and didnt die you might not. This places needs to be shut down ASAP!!!

Worst fast-food service Ive ever endured waited 20-plus minutes for a pot pie . The manager was unprofessional and so was the entire staff. A ratchet mess enough to make the Colonel turn in his grave...

6 people plus working and only two actually making food for orders. Long wait for anything. Horrible parking lot/drive thru design. One way in and out

Been here 3 times at different times of the day and its the same every time. The tacos are always wet and mushy. Absolutely disgusting.
