I walked at this particular location and when I was ready to order a person came from the street to complain about a piece of chicken in her order, this was a piece of chicken that was out of the store and most likely was touch by that costumer!!!! the manager a gentleman of Indian descent exchange that piece of chicken and I watch him later placing that dirty piece of chicken back in the oven or warmer!!!!! That was disgusting!!!! So I left!!! I love KFC but after witnessing what happend I dont think I will be eating KFC again for a wile!!!!

This KFC is ridiculous. The employees are rude and slow. I would rather go to popyees before I even would consider KFC. They should demolish this place and build something totally different bc this KDC on the lanham side dont even waste your time going.

The food was good kfc standard. Everything was hot. AND the service was friendly, and the staff accommodating.
