Easter dinner they sent home there best and kept only new people. It took over an hour just to get a salad that wasnt made right.. and no they were not busy, people kept walking out it was a disaster. The female manager is wonderful and I feel bad for her she was running around helping everyone putting out "fires". The male manager however really needs to be fired he is a complete jerk and set the people home and was doing nothing to help maters. 40 minutes after waiting our waiter came and asked us what sides we wanted and our order again.. then said they had a problem with our order and just put the steak on it was a nightmare we were ready to leave but the female manager ra convinced us to stay and sat us with a new waiter Cory which was absolutely amazing and highly recommend!!! He gave us Excellent service and make sure if it was done correctly. I was ready to not come back this was our third time trying it since Im a fan of the restaurant but my fiancé has only known it since I took him there so he unfortunately had a bad taste in his mouth and was ready to give up. Big thanks to Cory and ra for helping us and allowing our Easter to still come out alright but we walked in at6:30 left at 8:37.. corporate really needs to be envolved and for the male African-American manager definitely needs to be out of there asap he does not know how to deal with customers at all and has poor management skills sending home your good waiters and leaving new sorry thats not how u do it on a holiday...Im sure with all the money they lost from people walking out hell be fired.

Unfortunately my husband and I just left here with a negative experience. This is surprising since this is our favorite restaurant chain. We have always raved about the customer service. However, this afternoon we both feel very differently. One of our favorite things about the Cracker Barrel is the corn bread and biscuits. In the past these have always been brought to our table without asking. When we realized this was not happening we kindly stopped our waitress and asked for the biscuits and cornbread. 45 minutes later we were brought our meal by another waitress and requested the corn bread and biscuits again. We watched as every table around us was approached by our waitress to check on their meal and refill their drinks oh and I must mention (bring them their biscuits & cornbread). We finished our meal and waited another 30 minutes to get our check (we gave up on our biscuits & cornbread). I believe my husband and I are great customers, we are always kind and patient with our servers and tip exceptionally well. Today we were both let down and hope that our next experience will be a better one...

Kartoffelbrei ohne Salz, total verkochte grüne Bohnen ohne Würze, dafür wird total versalzenes Brot dazu serviert. Das Hacksteak schwamm im Fett. Man könnte das jetzt allgemein auf die amerikanische Küche schieben - was aber falsch wäre. Ich habe in den USA schon sehr gut gegessen, aber hier ist es furchtbar. Zusätzlich sind die Räumlichkeiten wie eine große Halle in der es entsprechend hallt und laut ist.

The food is what you except from the chain, but this store just cant keep staff that are consistent or know what theyre doing. When we first went to be seated they had been pointed to a table that wasnt cleaned yet. Were offered a different table that was cleaned, but not very well since there was sugar all over. Our order was taken and when we got the food there was at least two things missing. We never got refills. Someone came by to refill the sugar while we were trying to eat and started by reaching across our table rather than talking to us first. When we went to pay the line attendant tells me to go to the end register even though theres someone still there and then the woman behind me got to go to the next register that became available.

DO NOT work here. matter of fact, dont eat here either. I know for a fact they dont follow proper procedure guidelines when it comes to handling the food. they use the tongs they touched raw chicken with to pick up a steak cooking on the stoves. they bullied me and one of the managers threatened me for months. not only that, but I couldnt help my guests when they asked me "why are they always out of what I want to order? why did my food take so long? why dont you have a better district manager?" this place is a joke and needs serious help. your best bet is a salad, but just be hopeful none of the employees made them with their bare hands bc if theyre short on time and under pressure, THEY WILL. enjoy your meal :)

Terrible experience! Our waitress was beyond rude and extremely too slow to be working in this field. She got the wrong drinks. We didnt say anything as we just dealt with it. Then, she got our orders wrong. By the time I received my order, which was a salad!, my two toddlers as well as my husband were finished with their meals. I then had to send it back because my chicken was undercooked. As if our experience wasnt vad enough, as w were walking out of the store, my toddler dropped my drink by accident. I went to the register to tell her and she proceeded with, "My Gosh! Are you kidding me?!" We have been to multiple CB all over the country and this is by far the worst!! I am beyond disgusted with this place!

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE experience with server, management. Everything. Sat in overflow section didnt get greeted for 15 or more minutes when we started waving our hands around. Handed drinks and never said anything to us. Its Saturday and were starving. Watching everyone around us getting food, service. We asked for biscuits and apple butter when ordered. Were ignored. When we said something about it.. acted like we were wrong that we sat 45 mins and the TWO rude Hispanic managers barked at us when we got mad about this intolerable situation. As people who work in sales and customer service.... wrong move. We will never return. We will never do anything but negatively condone this place.

The waitress could not be bothered to bring the table more than two extra napkins for three people. Drinks went unrefilled and she never brought the butter for my cousins french toast after she dropped hers but made sure we got the check before we were asked if we wanted dessert. We did never got to order it. The food tasted like nothing. Not bad or good just nothing. I dont understand how chicken n dumplings could look so greyish white and taste exactly like the french toast which also tasted of nothing . My first time at a cracker barrel too. Neat design and the guy who brought my food was attentive and engaged. Thank you dude.

I usually come here for takeout because its cheap and my picky four-year-old will eat it. The only problem is something must get lost in translation between the person taking the order and then the kitchen fulfilling it. Check your food before you take it home, because inevitably they screwed something up. I hate mayo and regularly ask for this accursed condiment to be omitted, but this Cracker Barrel seems incapable of making a cheeseburger without it. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and when you need biscuits and gravy, Cracker Barrel cant be beat. I just wish it would start to show its nutritional content.
