My husband and I stopped by the Fox Cinemas looking for a movie to watch, and when we realized we had some time to grab some grub, we decided to check out Johnny Rockets, located "two doors down" from the theater. A blast from the past! when we walked in the door. Oldies music, and a good old style look of burger joints. Of course I had a milkshake and my husband had a root beer float. Both were excellent (they gave you an extra glass with extra root beer for your float, the same with the shake!). I had a plain ol burger and fries and my husband had a philly cheesesteak and fries. The hamburger was huge and tasted excellent, and the fries were also well made and tasted great. My husband liked his cheesecake as well. The staff were very friendly, and even put on a "show" for us while Stayin Alive played. Kind of corny, but we still laughed and thought it was cute. My only "meh" is there is only one toilet for men and one for women. The restrooms were very clean. Id definitely go there again.

I dont really write reviews on food but here it goes. The waitress are nice and serve well. But manager in there (bold guy). What I dont understand is groupon or other coupons doesnt even have locations where i can use it. This Jonny rockets place is chained place. So it should be good to use any other places. Second thing is food. I had many other places for burgers but this place is too greasy. I had way better burgers in other places. Even five guys burger places is way better than this place. I would hate to give two stars but its better than giving one (raised two stars because of waitresses were nice. The places I would recommended is Hobbit burgers. Its little far from ashburn but its worth the price and way better than this place. This was my third time going this place but not going there anymore.

I have been to this Johnny Rockets a few times and it is typically pretty good. This location just expanded and we were seated in the expansion section. It was like an echo chamber. The walls were bare and it felt more like a cafeteria than a Johnny Rockets. The tables didnt have the juke boxes either. It was so loud, it was difficult to have a conversation with the other people at the table. On the way out I asked to talk to the manager to tell him that it was the worst experience I have ever had at a Johnny Rockets. He didnt really seem to care. I think Ill take me business elsewhere after this experience.

Decent food - we go more for the 50s diner atmosphere that my 8 year old loves. The staff is comprised of angry faced 16 year olds. I have stood at the "wait to be seated" sign for more than 20 mins more than once. Mind you, my wait was during a slow time - i.e. time for the employees to sit around with their visiting friends chatting away. Theyll look you straight in the face and go right back to talking to their friend. Extremely poor service!!!

The food was good just like any other Johnny Rockets but the service was.. meh.... I came around 11 a.m. (the time it opens). There were only 3 other tables being served, 3 waiters/waitresses total, and little attention given to my table of 2. They gave my food quick but my waitress only came to my table 3 times total. She didnt really check up on my table to ask for more fries, ask if I wanted more water, or asked if the food was good.

I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by the employees. That was very pleasant. I enjoyed the decor. The restaurant was very clean and organized. The restroom was clean and that is very important to me. I have been in many restaurants where the restrooms were a disaster. I will tell my friends to come to this Johnny Rockets. Excellent experience! I loved it! Oh, I had a burger and fries and it was delicious!

Good food, very poor service. Our waitress was nice but got our beers wrong than the manager ( some bald guy) came out and was mad at us for not being okay with getting the wrong beers.... didnt even give an apology, he basically told us we suck for not accepting the wrong beers. The waitress was sweet and apologized though. Just order food to go LOL

If youre looking for something a little different, this is a cool place to try out. The whole place is 50s-themed. The food is pretty decent, although Im not a huge fan of the fries. They do, however, have excellent milkshakes.

They changed the bun on the original .......we go to chain restaurants for the consistency..... when we complained gave us only 10% off. A sad day
