So my family and I go here one in a while and to be honest I dont like buffets because I think they are disgusting and the food is not prepared with care and I was right. On February 25, 2016 my husband took us our to eat and my kids wanted to go to golden corral. While eating I noticed a very long string in bedded in my fry chicken and I taught to myself Lord please Dont let it be what I think it is. Unfortunately I was wrong the Lord said youre on you own with this one. I looked down there was this long hair in my chicken that I have just took several bite of. I want to throw up. My son looked at me and said mom you ok? And he looked at my plate and was disgusted. I called the waitress and she called the manager. Do you know what he told me? Oh madam thank you for showing me this enjoy your meal. And he walked away. I took pictures of the food. He then came back and said can I take your plate? Oh the good Lord knows how that made me feel. Because I was with my famity I decided not to make a scene. I told my husband Im out of here this place is not safe and it has proven that. Please be careful when you eat here. I know a lot of families eat here because the food is cheap and affordable. But a 38.00 meal can give you a 38000.00 health problems. Be careful! Nasty place. Purely basing this rating compared to other Golden Corral restaurants which Ive never had a problem with. You dont really set the bar high for a Golden Corral, but this place is filthy, beyond filthy. It even smells dirty. The grill has never been cleaned. The tables are worn, and the vinyl cover on the seats are all cracking. Food was terrible and not restocked. Pizza was underdone, cheese not even melted. The bourbon street chicken was ancient, and the person who restocked it just dumped the new stuff on top instead of putting the old on top or even throwing it away. The rice was so old it had become hard. Lady who was supposed to seat you just directed you to a table by pointing at one across the restaurant. This place needs to be closed for a week for a refurbishment and a thorough cleaning.

Food is good for a mass cooked buffet. Many varieties to satisfy everyone gathered! Jessaka, the young lady who we learnt is from North Carolina, took great care of us! Enhancing her attentive service was her welcoming and hospitable southern accent! To the downside, supposedly clean, stacked plates barely are with dried traces of food on them. This is a big turn off for customers! You literally have to sort through several plates and bowls before you find a clean one! Perhaps they ought to replace their dishwashers? Another issue is the place is mostly over packed during peak hours and can feel like some warehouse gathering than a restaurant. I guess this is a good problem to have if you are management/ownership/shareholder?

I use to enjoy coming to this place, until my husband and I came on Tuesday July 3rd and I was eating some cabbage and found a magget yes a magget in my cabbage. My husband has the picture of it. So I asked to see the manager, he came he did not act suprised at all with what i found. He refunded my money and did not get rid if the cabbage on the buffet. I was so sick to my stomach that I could not eat the rest of the day. I will never return again, I hope the upper management see this and fix the issues in Manassas. The manager there does no care there was a lot of empty pans and it wasnt even that busy. If I could give a zero I would this place sucks! I will be calling the board of health.

Was decent, want crowded. Food was not refreshed on the buffet and we had to wait forever for someone to slice the ribs. Spill on floor wasnt picked up. Bourbon chicken is indescribable, literally looked like pitch black corn kernels. Steak was good. Fried fish was excellent. Waitress was hot, tiny Spanish lady. Management was yelling at employee in front of customer. Updated on one star. Never coming back. Little roaches by the plates. The line had a flood and we had to stand in water. Waited 15 mins for drink refresh. Dirty table. Asked for manager, never came. Fish was burnt. This place was a train wreck. Gross.

Got there at 8:15pm Saturday evening they werent extremely busy. Went for salad and first plate, salad empty, no fried chicken, got other items. 8:40 went for refills had salad now still moo chicken our steak fries, inquired about chicken was supposedly cooking be ready five minutes. 8:55 checked still no fried chicken, I left. Basically after 8 its hit and miss on a fully stocked buffet food bar. Although they dont close until 10pm, they go into shut down mode about 8. I was very disappointed in the attention paid to the good bar, probably wont return to this location

I ate at Golden Corral Buffet over the summer and the place was mediocre. We had to wait to get plates and refills multiple times and eventually asked a gentlemen to get us plates. It turned out he was a regional manager and not even a restaurant employee.Luckily I had the pleasure of sitting at the table next to a him while he and the store manager discussed things about the restaurant. When the store manager was asked what grade he would give the food he said, "I dont want to give it an F, but Id say its a D-." I just find it disturbing.

The restaurant was over capacity however they still were charging people in line. When I found out there was a long wait I requested a refund to my credit card because I was in a hurry. The teller and then the manager refused to refund my money unless I filled out a form with my name, address and phone number. This information is considered personally identifiable information PII for short and they have no right to the information. only after I threatened to call the credit card company did they refund my money. I will never be back.

Great facility at a great location. But the food and cleanliness is not up to the mark. I went for dinner at 9 pm and most of the food counters were empty and not refilled. The lady who served us was very polite and attentive. But the people inside the counters did not even respond to our request for food. The cleaned plates had left overs sticking on it and a staff was cleaning the glass over the food counter with a chemical spray with not even covering the food under that. We had to leave the place without finishing our plates.

The bathrooms are disgustung. When I asked a manager ti please do something about it, he did nothing it took 15 mins to get anybody in there. They still didnt clean it, except for the one I DEMANDED to be cleaned. Raw shrimp, raw meat, sweet tea was gross. When I told manager I wanted my money back I was leaving, he only refunded part of it!! Management is only worried about getting then in and getting your money. No concern about your experience or cleanliness or quality of food. Dont waste your time or money.
