$31 worth of Celery and got the order wrong. When I called to let them know they said "you new customer you no know, we different". Wow Ive lived in America for almost 40 years, you dont think I know about American Chinese Food...WTF. So far I have yet to find any quality Chinese food in Frederick. China Garden seems to be the best yet but are a far cry from GOOD. People that say they are good really should not be writing reviews about GOOD food. Really its not that hard to make a good product like prepared food and really not hard to give good customer service. Most people have gotten lazy and refuses to do anything about it. So my take..... even thought you are craving Chinese delivery in Frederick, DONT, go with what your wife wants. Wait until you are in Montgomery County and go to a really GOOD restaurant. Just go with American Cuisine in Fredneck. Unless the Chinese have started chewin Skoal, wearing Redwings and Carhart your out of luck my friends. Kemp.....he gone!

One of the worst Chinese places around. The pork fried rice was burnt, some of the pork wasnt pork, it was literally just fried blobs of fat, the white rice was undercooked, the broccoli was undercooked, the chicken was somehow overcooked, there was barely any sauce, and what vegetables were in the pork fried rice were literally raw. They also took way longer than Ive ever waited for delivery in my life. The only thing they got right was the sweet and sour chicken, which stayed crispy even through the long transit, which is commendable. Basically, their menu is hit or miss, and when they miss, its downright inedible.

I could not post this review without giving at least one star, but if I could there would be zero stars. PLEASE DONT EAT HERE. I am trying to warn people so nobody gets sick. My son and I at there last week (we picked up food, see pic below) and it was infested with PIN WORMS!!!! This was confirmed by the Frederick County Health Department, but that is not enough to shut the place down. Please spread the word before more people are infected! This is not a joke and Im not crazy.

My first experience with Hot Wok, was so-so. The delivery was incredibly fast! The man on the phone said 45mins, but it took about 15-20mins to get here. They should definitely have prices on their online menu. I had beef with broccoli, veggie fried rice & cream cheese wontons. The beef was really chewy & tough & the broccoli needed to be cooked longer, in my opinion. The fried rice was delicious & the wontons were chewy, but tasty.

First time ordering from this place and last. I ordered 2 sweet and sour chicken and they only give one sweet n sour sauce. I called and she tells me they sent a large sauce ummmm sorry where I came from that little cup is a small......... How does two people share a small cup of sauce that dont even cover one piece of chicken when we dip Then it took 25 minutes for them to bring me another one :-/

This is the only place in frederick Ive found that doesnt use nasty yellow rice for fried rice, its actually real fried rice!!! The rest of the food is OK, the spring rolls are the larger ones with the thicker outside? Ive always had the egg rolls that way? FAST!

The food is very basic. The chicken almost doesnt even look like chicken! For amazing chinese food, go to China Garden! The atmosphere is awesome and the food is great. Been going there for years! Also the place over in Ballenger is really good too!

The food is amazing.. prob the best Chinese carryout place Ive had. Weve been eating here since we moved here. I havent had any issues so far. Delivery is quick, prices are reasonable, food is always delicious and fresh.

Food was ok but spent $40. Waited over an hour for delivery. Unpacked it. Wrong order!!! Called for it to be corrected,they said 30mins and im still waiting an hour and 20 mins later. Good food. Bad service.
