Second visit in as many months. First time it was just blah (food meh / service horrid)... but we offered that it might be a fluke and tried again (also... coupon! ). This time was hatefully bad. Herb crusted chicken tasted like charcoal. No herb or cheese flavor at all. Kids penne alfredo was tasteless yet oily and the breadstick was the same tasteless style with the addition of being dry and hard. Wifes guac burger was the only good dish of the threeand even then it was still too salty. Also, all wait staff should write things down. Things will always be forgotten like my Caesar salad. Also, restaurants should invest in kids size straws, esp flexible ones. Kids straws should not be twice the height of the glass.

1. It was not busy, and no reason for the waiter to serve and disappear for 20-30 minuets without coming back to ask how eveything was. 2. The manager walked to every booth, asked how eveything was, and wished them a great christmas, and when he came towards our table, he PASSED us and asked the table behind us. 3. We walked and handed them the bill back with the payment, he didnt even bother to come to the table to collect it. 4. There was no Thank you, no Merry Christmas, no please come back, NOTHING... This is pathetic service, the only reason we came back here, was because the food was good, and the last time we had a great server. Wont be coming back, and will Not recommended this particular location.....

Seriously, we come in tell them "three" they tell us they need to clear a table, then proceed to seat the four people who came in behind us, we continue to wait as the waiter who was asked to clear it walks by, after a couple more minutes i decide to leave and then the manager who was standing there the whole time decides to say something along with someone else, who said they thought we were waiting on a booth (they had at least 6 empty booths that we could see from the front if that was the case) which we were not. Lived in Manassas my whole life and I will not be going back to Unos which is a shame because we were looking forward to eating there but the sheer stupidity of this situation ruined it forever.

Walk in and was told the wait was 10 mins, while waiting almost 30 mins, in the waiting area inside the entrance me and my husband was repeat over looked and finally after asking what happen, we did not receive an apology from Kelly but was told we were scratched off the list because we disappeared when we were clearly in view, her excuse was, that they called my name and we didnt response. Seriously? We will not be going back. My advise is U hire a new hostess, she clearly doesnt know what she is doing. And to make matters worst, immediately after leaving we call back to speak with management and she hung up on my husband. I will not be recommending this place to friends, family or acquaintances.

Unos makes a wonderful deep dish pizza. Great sauce flavor. Excellent toppings and crust texture & taste. one of our favorites. This place is very busy; crazy, super busy on weekends. Prepare for a wait. Service is friendly, but usually not very expedient. Thats OK if you are there to socialize and have a nice, lengthy evening... which we usually are. Maybe the on-table ordering and payment technoolgy puts some space between the server and customer. If so, too bad. Still -- great food, good drinks, nice staff, and a nice atmosphere.

Of the regions Uno restaurants, this was the dirtiest. I like the food. They have a cobb salad I get that is very filling, but even the service is so so. The Unos in Kingstowne and Merrifield are awesome. They are always clean and the staff is courteous. I think the management team in Merrifield is brilliant. In Manassas, the tables were sticky, the bathroom disgusting, and the hostess was moderately rude with a smile. Our waitress, to her credit, did get the order right.

Food was pretty good. Our server was excellent. We had to wait at least 5+ minutes to even be greeted by a hostess. She asked if we wanted to eat at the bar and we told her no, however she still tried to seat us in the bar area which was rather loud due to the football game on TV. We asked to sit in the dining area away from the bar and she was annoyed that we didnt want to sit in the bar area. That seemed to sour our experience...

I was disappointed in my trip to unis. The clam chowder was watery, the Pizza was ok and the service was sub part. Ive been to this location before and have had a good time so Im guessing its was just an off night. The wings were exceptional!

The deep dish is like a dream!!! The location is very nice and service was speedy. We were driving out to the Arlington location, but this Unos is closer to our home and we just discovered it. We will definitely return many times to come.

He had a bit of a long wait initially, but our server more than made up for it with his attentiveness. Food was really good. Loved the Chicago style pizza and the Chocolate cake (see picture...those are table spoons not teaspoons).

service was awful. not only did they forget half of our order the the food quality was well below average the only thing worse was the service. Server just didnt want to be there and rushed us from start to finish.

Soup bar is the best, hard to find a restaurant with a soup var, usually broccoli, minestrone, clam chowder and the four changes each day, the lunch specials are worth it and the portions are huge, lunch ends at 3pm

Best gluten free crust weve ever had. My burger didnt seem worth the (high) price, as it was fairly basic, though. Service was good, although on the fussy side, and even on Saturday night it wasnt too loud.

Thin crust veggie pizza was twice as big as one serving, but fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, and squash were delicious. Prompt service made a nice stop on our way home.
